Lindsey LTruck was lovely. Customer service from this affiliate was out of this world bad. Culmination was when my disabled two war Purple Heart marine husband parking in a non-obstructive spot for less than a minute while I pulled up behind him in the rental. The agent had nasty words for him. As I walked up she said "hand the keys and leave". How could I possibly respond to such impolite behavior? I paid for a service and was treated in such a rude manner. I know it's not your company and simply an affliiate but you still need to know. Thank you, Valerie Crawford

We only drove 5 miles total and i NEVER get insurance with ANY rental in 47 years. The insurance DOUBLED the rental cost! This was a first.

BRUCE WI picked up my truck with the U-Haul app about an hour before the location opened. The app was very easy to use and I probably got the truck faster than if I had gone inside. The trucks was perfectly clean and my dolly and blankets were in the truck as ordered. I also used the app to return my truck and this was extremely easy. Storage Express is close to my house and has always been the best rental location in West Boise!
Phil DThe check-in process, using our u-haul account, , when we returned the truck failed 2 times when we got to the photos. We finally had to call to make sure we were clear on the check-in.
JAMES MThe trailer I rented had a loud clunk when I would stop. I called the location and the person who answered said it was probably the axles since it was empty. So I filled it and it was the same or worse. Turns out it was a worn out spring in the hitch shock absorber that would clunk forward when stopping. She directed me to another location and we decided that the issue was not mission critical. It made for an interesting if not slightly unnerving trip that we heard/felt the clunk whenever we stopped.

Dave RI've rented several trailers from this location and have been so impressed with how friendly, knowledgeable, and prompt the staff here is. I should have made note of the name of the employee who's helped me, but she is the reason I will continue to go out of my way to prioritize using this location for future rentals. Past experiences with other locations have made clear to me that not all Uhaul locations are equal when it comes to customer experience - and this one certainly rises above others in the area.

Michael GWas told that the truck was full, but the tank was barley 3/4 full. I drove the truck less than 10 miles. I was told to return the truck with a full tank. It took a little over $40 to fill the tank. Would recommend that someone check to make sure how much is really in the tank.
ken bTruck was clean, but the air tire gauge was stuck on...it said right back tire was low at 21 psi. So I went back to rental place and was told that it was stuck.

BARBARA RGas tank was stated to be at 1/2 tank when rented. Definitely was not. Was pushing almost 1/8 below half (took pictures). We filled it 1/8 above half anyways. Otherwise all seemed fine with rental.
