SOFIA ANN HATTENUpdate**** Imagine my surprise this morning going to the website that they accept cash AND card when Mark at the 9125 Durango Rd location told me Jacklyn (a 1800go U-Haul) rep he didn’t have a cash drawer to accept my cash payment yesterday. I called AGAIN this am to settle my account and Mark claimed he can’t do anything once it’s pushed through to U-Haul even though both Jackly and Ryan told me he can still accept my payment! 18008269633 rep Ryan obviously didn’t want to do his job and take my payment over the phone stating amounts under $10 he couldn’t take so I escalated an online dispute and imagine my surprise that once escalated via chat with Lilyana she was great btw. I recalled the payment number and my payment of $9.65 was taken without an issue. $10 damn dollars really you all have to do better and next time Mark needs to pay attention to the amount he tries to push through! 1 is a mistake twice is fraud had it went through! Which is why he kept telling me Jacklyn and Ryan didn’t know what they were talking about. I had 12.69 left on my debit card to cover the amount due. The lack of accountability and bs I had to go through over $9.65 is ridiculous! No job is done without human error but I will never accept a person and or business who refuses to do their job like Ryan and Mark! Jacklyn from 1800 go U-Haul and Lilyana from U-Haul chat were the mvps, but my experience with U-Haul will make me not deal with them again nor will I recommend in the future. Def dropped the ball!

NICK ZENQUISI had a reservation guarantee and when i went to pick up the truck, they didn’t have it but said they didn’t honor the reservation guarantee.i had to get a smaller truck and take twice as many loads resulting in more miles and higher price

Everything was great til I looked at my statement. I was over charged 100 miles. Now I have to circle back and spend time recouping my money. Just a horrible experience.
