The only complaint I have is that the month after I moved in I had a rare increase. I voiced some concerns and issue and did not have another 1. However I just don't feel like that was good business.
Edward W | Overall ExperienceI rented a truck on the inside of the back walk in to the left it leaking bad of water the reason I rented the truck at 9am was to get a fridge and stove and other appliances I wasn't able to get them because the truck was leaking really bad I took video and picture was very unsatisfied I will not rent at this location ever and I will.. The lady working made me get dolly my self because she was on the phone I didn't use the dolly because I couldn't get the appliances I needed $7.00 Dec 26th 2024 Burleson location
Staci CI worked for an actual U-Haul location rather than a dealer like this when I was in high school and we would clean the whole floor of the truck with cleaner and a rag but this truck had hot Cheetos spread literally across the whole floor. Also the gas tank was just under a half tank when taken and I brought it back a little over the taken spot and they charged me $15 because it wasn't on the half tank mark. Working for U-Haul I know you have these trucks running for a while on the lot while cleaning and maintenance's which you're supposed to adjust the gas level for that.
TUCKER ETurning in the truck was easy at the location, but it was very hard to unload the truck without a dolly and still meet the deadline.
MARK LOnhad a unit for about 3 years and I have zero complaints.
Larry D | Overall ExperienceThe truck was in need of some serious issues. The front needs a alignment and possibly some parts The truck walks the road bad making it a danger to drive. And second of all the person working at this location was pretty rude when I dropped off the truck she didn't want to go out and check the truck in until I insisted she do so. She could say.anything about the truck after I leave and I would be held responsible. She got a tasty after i.told it has to be checked before I leave and the.back of truck had to swept out before we could put anything in it

BEVERLY TFix the exhaust leak near the transmission. And repair and align the front suspension. It road walks fairly bad. Other than that it was ok.
Ronald KI had ordered a appliance dolly but did not received it when I picked up my truck. So I called uhaul to let them know that I had not got one with my truck. Was still charged 200 ex for that missing dolly. Had to call them an explain yet again then had to get a call from a manager to explain yet again. Now i have to wait 3-5 business days for my money. When all they had to do was put it in their system when i picked up the truck that the dolly was not with the truck. Not a happy person. This had happened before about a missing dolly put I was not charged extra that time.
ANGEL CVery friendly and helpful staff.
SHAWN KVery small area for parking the trucks. The lot was full of other uhauls so it was a very tight fit and had to do multi point turns to even park.

Michael RI didn't realize there was a new way to check in. Thank goodness it was during business hours and I was able to get help at the front desk. It would have been helpful to let the customers know or have something on the website announcing there was a new system and explain how to do it.
Tracey SI called ahead to make sure of their closing time, it was 6 pm. When I arrived at 5:56, there was no one to be found l and the doors were locked.
TERRY ORental was a 10' truck for a round trip of approximately 480 miles. U-Haul offers a discount for one way, returning truck to a different location so was very disappointed that there was no type of discount offered for returning the truck to the same location. Although the daily rental was very reasonable, considering the mileage involved, this was a very expensive rental.
BEVERELY LI say the personnel were helpful but we dropped our rental off on Sunday so we never saw anyone. But I'm sure they would have been helpful.

We had put gas in beforehand so it was half full but apparently that was not enough so we were charged $4.50/gal for 5 gallons. That was my fault, however, since it states that in the contract. FYI.

Clifton HThe experience wasn't easy at all! From picking up the U-Haul to dropping the U-Haul off everything was very difficult. Computers were down during the beginning of my reservation time and I wasn't given to option to extend my time frame. Prior to leaving the only instructions I was given was to drop the keys off in the door slot. That was incredibly wrong. I had to drive all the way back to the drop off site and submit pictures of the mileage, gas level and the condition of the truck. After dropping off the keys I had no way of getting half of the information I needed to provide. I was instructed the truck had half a tank and to drop off with half a tank. Since the front desk lady wasn't at the office even though her office hours stated she would be there I had to go through the return on my phone and was charged $14.22 for a fuel charge for not bringing it back "full" but I wasn't instructed to bring it back full. The whole rental experience was very disappointing and I will not be renting from that site again.

Birtha WMake sure that the return after hours is explained. I could not find the dropbox for the keys. Called Customer service and they could not reach the after hours number to inquire what I was supposed to do with the keys.
JOE SCharged me an extra $20 for bringing the truck back 20 minutes late. The store was closed so I'm not sure why it mattered. I wouldn't use this location again in the future.

Alexander KWe remote app returned our truck to this location on a Saturday. The location was not staffed when we returned it, so we used the UHaul app to make the return. The app would not allow us to drag the needle on the gas gauge picture to show the proper amount of gas with which we returned the truck. When we tried to drag the gas gauge needle in the app on the phone it kept bouncing backward which led to us being charged an $8.08 invalid fraudulent charge. We returned the UHaul 15' truck with more gas than it had when we picked it up in Willis, TX. This invalid charge needs to be immediately credited back to my credit card as every cent is necessary to me being a public school teacher who has just relocated. If you look at the truck's gas gauge records from Willis and then look at the picture of the gas gauge picture we just submitted at Burleson, you will see the truck was returned with more gas than we began with. That was our third truck to rent in our move, and we will still need another 1-2 trucks. Please refund the $8.08 overcharge immediately since it was charged in error. Check records to verify - app malfunction - not allowing us to drag gas gauge needle to the proper location on phone - each time we attempted to drag the needle picture to the correct spot, the app sent the needle bouncing backward.

Was the storage unit more than 2 doors down like they originally told me? Yes. I ended up moving out and I deserve a prorated rate due to them making me move out. Do you think I received that? Nope. NEVER WORK WITH THIS COMPANY. I refuse to ever again. Worst customer service and they continually lie.
