I am very upset of being charged $25 for a cleaning fee at returning my truck even though it was clean. I will never return a truck at this location. I couldn't check out without being charged.

Shannon was awesome and very helpful.
TRACY KVan was very dirty on the outside and difficult to find location. Went back and forth between different U-Haul sites on the same road and they were all next to each other. Attendant was helpful but the site appeared to be 'Closed'. Not aggravating just confusing experience
Ryland MVan smellled like a chimney. The engine made terrible noises when starting. The shocks swueaked on every numb and turn.

JAMIE AI left the tank nearly full (334 miles to empty) and when I received the vehicle it was 243 miles to empty. I was charged 75.00 dollars for leaving the tank empty.

THELBERT MFantastic location with ample parking and conveniently close to plenty of fast-food options if you're in need of a quick bite. The staff here is top-notch-friendly yet professional-and the entire process was a breeze. I appreciated the after-hours key drop-off option, which adds to the convenience. I rented a van, and it was spotless, which made my move even easier. They also called to confirm my reservation, and extending the rental over the phone was seamless. Highly recommend this location-10/10!

JUSTIN SI was told that there was no time for the back of the van to be cleaned before the next rental so there were blankets covering the back due to "sticky residue" which for my use was not an issue but could be for others. I also could not adjust the outside mirrors due to the adjustment knob missing, luckily this was not an issue for me but it could be for others. My main issue was that that passenger back tire was low on air and the attendant did not have a way to air it up, so I had to drive to a gas station and pay for the air pump to add air. That should it be a customers responsibility. Overall it was fine but not amazing.
Dillan AIt wasn't the location because I ordered mobile pickup. Poor communication with customer service I had a 8am pick up and the location didn't open until 9am I was a hour behind schedule. I also left the truck with 1/2 a tank of gas.

ali aThe rental van was extremely dirty inside and out. I went inside to let the attendant know because I had to put white party decor in the van and the only thing she did was give me some of the card board shades that go in the window to put on the floor of the van needless to say that wasn't good enough, but I was in a pinch and couldn't go else where will never rent from there again.
