ryan hWe did receive a phone call from someone at Uhaul requesting that we do not drop off here, but instead drive another 2 hours to Prescott to drop off the vehicle. This was an insane request, and we called the original drop off location, who was very gracious and said we could drop off at her facility.

Brad CI had to wait two hours before someone helped me get the truck I had rented. This after I couldn’t get the truck at the location I had preferred. I had to drive an hour to the location to pick up the truck. In all the years that I have used U-Haul I have never experienced the issues that I experienced that I did with this move.
Brian RBefore I dropped the U-Haul I stopped and put fuel in it said it was at a full tank for over half a block and return the U-Haul and the guy behind the counter charge me $20 for fuel saying it was only at 3/4 of a tank this is just wrong I have the receipt proof of purchase of gas. When we returned the U-Haul no one was there and when they showed up the lady had an attitude and the gentleman was more concerned about the cops that were there to do an inspection on a vehicle they had and was more concerned about that than checking us out

Robin BThe seat belt mechanism was broken; I was contracted to pick up the truck in Cottonwood and irritated when I had to pay for extra mileage. I had to access the vehicle using my phone, don't know if the allowed mileage was reduced because the location was closer to my destination.

JOHN PLike many rural businesses, better broadband and wireless phone coverage is needed, for all major phone carriers, in order for services like UHaul's remote check in/check out process to be effective.
JASON WCheck in and out mileage more carefully. At .79 cents a mile it can really add up. There was a 11 mile discrepancy on our bill. It's our word against theirs, but our money!

Amy NMelanie and Sean (sp?) from Storage Corral Camp Verde were excellent....Melanie really went out of her way to help us sort things out. We picked up Saturday evening around 6pm, even though our rental had been set up for Sunday morning at 8am, and this apparently was a problem... Melanie had told me that it would be no problem to pick up Saturday evening, but apparently the mobile app check-in will not allow you to check in before the time stated in the contract setup. So, we were at Storage Corral at 6pm or so Saturday, which was after hours for Storage Corral, and so we were on our own with the mobile-app check-in. First of all, I've got to say the app user interface/user experience really needs to be improved and simplified. Secondly, it was dark and windy and so trying to view the images of the truck on my phone to verify or dispute whether there was damage not shown in your photos-- this is really hard to do....I could not zoom in on the photos, and there DID appear to be an obvious red paint scuff on the drivers side of the truck box, which I did not see in the photos-- but by the time we had finally managed to get through the complicated mobile app check-in we had been in the Storage Corral parking lot in the dark and cold for almost an hour, and I was very afraid to dispute the photo because I thought it might cancel the truck rental, and I needed this truck for the next morning, so I took photos of the red paint scuff and went ahead and accepted it even though I couldn't tell in the little mobile app photo whether that scuff was already noted. FINALLY, and most importantly, we would not have been able to even get into the mobile app check-in if it were not for the amazing and extraordinary efforts of Keirstin Parker at the Uhaul location in Anthem, AZ just north of Phoenix....Uhaul Moving and Storage of Anthem Way, 42301 N 41st Dr, Anthem, AZ 85086. It was 6:45pm and we were having NO luck at all getting into the check-in on the mobile app (because it was before 8am on Sunday morning when the actual check-in had been set) and we had made several calls for help and had been on hold with Uhaul national number for like 20 minutes, and so we had the idea to call another Uhaul location because we thought maybe if we could get a human on the phone, they could go into the system and change our pickup time to NOW. We got lucky-- Keirstin at the Anthem Way location answered the phone and was still open at 6:45pm...closing in 15 minutes....and she very happily and nicely went WAY, WAY, WAY, WAY above and beyond the call of duty to hold our hands on the phone and fix the pickup time and guide us through all of the (complicated) 'Alternate Contact Verification' stuff you guys have to do and wait for the phone calls to verify, and then get through the check-in and pickup process....This took here until after her closing hours to fix, and she even called us back after we got the truck to see if we were ok! That was really wonderful, and obviously Keirstin is a great person, and wow that kind of customer service transforms the image of the brand of a company like Uhaul dramatically in the minds of customers like us. We think that Keirstin should be given some kind of medal for exemplary service....it was amazing how, with less than 15 minutes before closing, she took our problem on like we were family and took ultimate personal responsibility for making sure we got what we needed. I don't think I will ever forget it-- it was so helpful to us, especially at a time when we're moving and overwhelmed with things we have to do. So thank you so much Melanie and Sean, and THANK YOU KEIRSTIN!!!!!!!! We're so grateful.

Marshall BAftr being skunked at three previous UHAUL locations, these folks finally got van for me. . Beware! MakeingV a "reservation" on a UHAUL truck in the Verde Valley is not really a reservation until less than 32 hours prior to pick up time. According to VV dispatch, prior to that timeframe, what you think is a reservation is just a "requiest for a reservation." I had to rent the truck for 4 days in order to bee certain to have it on the day the movers were scheduled.

KAREN CI have pics of when I picked up on the fuel and when I droped off and I actually had About 10 dollars more gas in the van when I picked up and they are saying I didn't so we are disputing the charge on my credit card that's the problem with big corporate they require your credit card so they can screw you any way they want but I don't get a response from them when they said I will dispute my credit card that's my way of getting even for them trying to rip me off

KAREN CMelanie could not have been more kind & help. The only issue was being told I could return the truck & car hauler to any U-Haul place. When we went to 32nd Street & Thunderbird, they would not accept them & said I needed a specific address.
Debora Dbut you missed up I went to the first location where I was to pick up the van what a night mare, we did the app and when we did all that they text go to the counter to get your key the building was empty we called u haul and told her there were only lock boxes 45 min. later she told us they for got to put the key in the box , then we had to drive to another location and gave us the wrong location, we received the new address and they were very nice and felt very bad for what we went threw. I will be calling you on Mon. to solve this you made me very late will talk to you on Mon.
David WWe have several choices in our area, but will always go to Storage Corral first. Sean and Melanie are the friendliest and most helpful people we've ever dealt with for trailer rentals. Highly recommend them to anyone!
