Back of truck was filthy. Got all my furniture black and dirty. Called U Haul and told them. They did nothing for me but told me to take pictures. Didn't care that my furniture got black and filthy from their truck. SMH

WALTER D.Before you leave the parking lot be sure to check and see if a lock had been placed on the cargo loading door. If there is have it removed before you leave. I had a lock on the cargo door and didn't know it until I had reached my loading destination. I had to call the rental place and wait for them to figure out what the code was. They gave me several options to try. I was finally able to remove the lock. My movers were standing around waiting, and they were being paid by the hour. To their credit the Uhaul rental place lowered my rental costs a bit to compensate for the trouble.
Ron B.After hurricane Zeta, apparently there was no power. I understand that, but there was no one available to help with returning the vehicle and equipment. I had to do it on my cellphone. Your site is very slow and difficult to load. Your video would not load. After trying many times I finally got it done.

Michael S.The paper that storage city gave my fiancé said to drop it back off before 10pm and to drop the keys in the box. Be dropped it off right before ten and they charged his for a second day anyways. I don't think we will be using uhaul at this location again

David G.Need someone who will be able to help. I was charged for returning the truck 2 days early. When I called the so called manager out ax bout it she refused to refund me my money! Today was the 5th or 6th day that I've called and left messages that did not get returned. Lots of room for training and improvements. Not to mention the person closed yet another day before closing hours.

WALT C.No fault to the location I guess but when I put in my request I requested a dolly but apparently nowhere on the coast updates their systems when a dolly is rented out and apparently they person who scheduled me didn't include that in my request! Also upon receiving my uhaul it was filled with over 60 mats in which I didn't not request and was not documented but hey why would it be nothing else is! I had to unload all of them to make room for my stuff and thankful my furniture was at a different uhaul location that was able to take them. Also I spoke to the district manager in Jackson, MS that thought she found me a dolly, so I get all happy and could see the light just a little all to be told after driving 15 miles that they did not have a dolly! Standard protocol I see, to have stuff listed to make the numbers look good or something! In the end I got the job done doing three times the work, hours later and exhausted! Awesome!

William B.I didn't request this location! I had to go out of my way to come pick up the equipment here, and I didnt have an option! I didn't get any reembersment, and as well financially I was also added on the additional insurance when I didn't request it. I asked for the employee to hook up the car transport, and they refused. I had to get someone to come back to do it because they don't know thier own equipment. The truck was dirty and there was something really sticky in the cup holder. They didnt clean it because the employee just checked the truck in as I was there to take it. I don't recommend using uhaul after this experience.
