The side mirror was broken and very dangerous. The whole truck was old and poorly maintained

Josh FIt was very welcoming at the drop off location …didn’t have contact with anyone at the location but did get charged a “dropping off after hours” fee on a holiday for some reason (Easter) when they where closed which is really weird!

Barry Jimprove the phone pick up process! First the GPS kept saying I wasn't where I was supposed to be, then the picture taking steps all sucked. I had to redo the selfie and license steps over 5 times. The pickup process took over an hour. Dropping off was slightly easier, but same GPS issues.

Van was in need of cleaning inside ..but I recognize dust will happen it was the pet hair on the cloth seats it was obvious who rented at one time might have used on a longggg trip. It did have Arizona tags and I am in VA. I will say when I cranked it up there was a drag in engine may want to check that. But I am not a mechanic

Danny OStop cancelling my reservation just because so am not there at a specific time. You said you tried to call, but i was not getting calls until after I had picked it up. I did the online reservation but that’s not really a reservation if you cancel it. Will NOT be using U-haul again because you cancel my reservation. Let me tell you why that’s a stupid business model- If i pay for a vehicle fir 24 hrs abd never pick it up, you have made money without ever using the equipment. If you cancel my reservation and I decide you are assholes for doing that and go somewhere else, you have lost that sale and lost a customer

Service man was sent to troubleshoot problem determined wiring problem unable to fix on location , and vehicle was returned. was given a second vehicle with an operative passenger window. overall, I was pleased with the rental. Better maintenance on your equipment should be performed.

Ricky DDrop off location was about 10 miles from my home and there were many other locations before reaching designated drop off location-parking was almost not existent-it was a bad location and I took the key inside what appeared to be a pool hall and bar-pick up location was great!!

Kathryn RI need my money refunded since you guys stole 200$ from me I stead of giving me my 50$ as promised for my troubles when I tried to drop it off the day before instead you lied said you'd reimburse me from the trouble and instead stole another 200$ from me not to mention the 160 I payed when I got my truck bunch a theives unless this is fixed I'm reporting it to BBB and the local news channel I feel robbed and you over drafted my bank account unless fixed I will ruin the name of U-Haul in my entire county and farther if possible I'm besides myself and disgusted this company has taken an overall 369.99 from me when I was to only pay 120$ I have every recipe and call log and recorded messages and I will not be treated like this

Tom Ross from Coos Bay Oregon and their facilities need serious help with customer service skills. I will never rent a uhaul truck again, but if i need a storage unit, this will be where I go.
