The vehicle was in poor condition. Steering is worn or out of alignment. Rear door difficult to open and close, same with the aluminum ramp. Cab was filthy, dusty and remnants of old dog food on the floor. But the most ridiculous item was the absolutely trashed windshield wipers. On Sunday night I was almost forced to stop on highway 95 between McDermott and Jordan Valley due to a lack of visibility. Traction was never even an issue. I was almost stranded because I $14 wiper blades. There was absolutely no place to even find new blades. The remaining 3 hours of the trip was in on and off rain, which only compounded the already disastrous trip.

I called in to reserve a truck and the lady told me that it had a ramp signed the papers and showed it had a ramp and then it did not have a ramp so I did drive 25 miles round-trip extra to rent one with the ramp and now I have to pay 25 extra dollars because you charge $.99 a mile for something that I shouldn’t have to

I drove off with a tank that was not full of gas, despite having been told that it was full. I put 11 miles on the truck and had to spend $14.49 to put 4.5 gallons in the tank. When I raised the issue upon returning the van, I was told that nothing could be done about it.

I am so dissatisfied with u-haul..a billing nightmare with multiple phone calls..multiple card charges and then multiple refunds..very very disappointing.

I was supposed to have an appliance dolly and when I came to get the truck, there was no appliance dolly. The guy at this location helped me to find a dolly at another location, so he was very helpful, but I was extremely disappointed with the person that I had told over the phone that I wanted an appliance dolly and there was none there.

Our original reservation was changed from a one way out of state to a return same as pick up location. Then we were charged extra fees to correct a reservation that we did not change. Not terribly happy with this experience and am currently trying to get fees returned to me that were chsrge WITHOUT being told they would be.

You need a better networking system, what I have heard from customer care Keisha was different than the store in Boise (718058) told me. Also a very slow computer networking on the store in both location I went. (042314) and (718058)
