Not sure where the key drop box was.
Angela WStrong suggestion: When the desired pick up location is not going to be the actual one slated, you'd get a much better rating and response if you would make sure to tell the reserver that fact by text, email and phone in plenty of time NOT ON THE MORNING OF SOMEONE'S MOVE, MAKING THEM DRIVE 45 MILES AWAY TO PICK UP THE RESERVED TRUCK THEY EXPECTED WOUKD BE IN THEIR VACINITY! Poor business tactics! Shame on you. I'll use Penske in the future. They're less expensive too!
Joshua SThe only problem is with the dropoff if you have an old phone or there is a problem with qr code you can't return keys in correct box.
