Firstly, I requested to have a dolly with my uhual and I was charged and I didn't receive one. Secondly, I was told that I would receive my initial payment of $80 back when I paid the final balance which was $112. I have yet to receive this. I was double charged and my account is now overdrawn. This is not a real uhual store. This is someone who has bought their own trucks and now rents them out. They are located in a corner store for Christ sakes. I will not be going back to this location. 10 out of 10 DO NOT recommend.
