I will never rent from this location again! I found the owner to be rude and did not provide adequate communications about the return process. I specifically said that I did not need the truck beyond Saturday, and asked it I could return on Sunday. She said that they were closed on Sunday, however NEVER discussed the fact that they have a drop box and could be returned when they were off. As a result, I paid for a truck to sit at my home for 1.5 extra days. Never again!

The location and people were great. The equipment was good. The only comment is that the inventory on hand did not match what was offered at the time of the reservation. Example: at the time of reservation, dollies were reserved but they did not have them at the office. That said, they were accommodating and helpful.

The owner of the location should not be permitted to represent Uhaul. I called ahead to give notice that I live a mile from the location and I was 15-20 minutes behind and the gentleman sId he already had rented MY reservation to another customer and had NO other vehicles. Then he argues with me and tried threatening to charge me $50 when actually in Uhaul's policy I would be the recipient of $50. Then to cover up his mistake he changes my reservation in the computer. Since I desperately needed the vehicle my son and I went up there and he stuck us in a bigger truck that costs more and more on gas. I notated a call to Uhaul customer service. He still charged me for the bigger vehicle and gas. It was a EXTREMELY DISHEARTENING experience for my son & I...

The person that received me at the counter was kind and checked me in fast but the guy that I believe is the owner was really rude and did not want to hook up the trailer in my truck, unlike all other u-hall places. He told me he would not hook up the trailer because I had stuff on my truck that was on his way and that he was going inside and I should do it my self. If you want to be treated with disrespect you have to go to this place.

I've never experienced this before, but the owner of the establishment treated me so poorly. There was confusion with the contract which I was going to straighten out with customer service. It wasn't a big deal anyways but he felt the need to be rude and unprofessional. It was a bad experience none the less.

I will never send anyone i like to this location . The man who run this place is a crock and cheep so cheep . but if you land there for some reason take a picture of your gas reading and mileage before he rob you. my advice is finde another location with decent person

Truck was dirty and had roaches. Was told there was a 1/4 tank but had to fill up right away. Unacceptable. No one should have.to rent a Uhaul with no gas. They charge the customer is.they don't fill up so I would like a refund back for my gas

The owner of Stonepoint Granite (Ravi) was terrific. Obtaining the rental went very smooth, and the 10-foot U-Haul truck was in absolute tip-top shape. It was easy to return after hours, with a secure key drop-box. I definitely will be renting from Ravi again!

This is a second encounter i had with this location,both are horrible! No one was ever in the office during normal business hours. They posted a phone number on the door. i tried to call but no one pick up. The parking lot is chaotic! I just dropped off my trailer and took a video for proof! Total unprofessional, how can a granite store approved for Uhaul location? Never will i stop in this place! Unbelievable

The guy who assisted me in picking up the u-haul was friendly and polite. The whole process was seamless and quick. I would recommend this location to anyone who is moving around the Metrowest , Dr. Phillps, and Windermere area. It was also nice that the place was pretty empty and they had COVID safety guidelines in place.

The owner he was very rude. When it was time to return the equipment. He demanded that I move the truck in a very small, tight space. And stated that he would not move the car that was in the way. I told him I felt uncomfortable with how large the truck was compared to the space. He told me I had to move the truck because he wasn't touching it after me because I may have COVID. This is after he insulted me and made a statement that I stole his dolly. Although both that I rented were returned in the truck. I had one hand dolly from my church, which was donated to us from a Uhaul location that we normally rent from. He stated “I am reporting you to Uhaul because you stole their dolly.” I am very upset with how he talked to me and wil never rent from this location again. My church will never do business here again either. Completely unprofessional and just rude.

The truck was very dirty inside with lots of dirt and debris especially in the attic part. The cabin was dirty with coffee type spills on the steering wheel and seat.

Mobile device pick-up process took almost 30min. TERRIBLE.

It was not the location's fault, but as I was trying to check in on my mobile device (since the store was closed on Sunday and to also avoid being exposed to the spread of covid-19) the site completely crashed so I could not find out how to get the keys to the vehicle. I then called customer service, sat on hold for 30 minutes. When someone finally answered she said “yeah everyone's experiencing that, hold on” and then put me back on hold for 15 minutes. Luckily someone from the location showed up and was able to help me while I was still on hold.
