Great Location! Friendly Staff! Truck was dirty and check engine light was on when we picked it up and the person that helped us told us to drive it anyway with the light on. These things should be addressed before people rent them so no unexpected repairs happen while renting the truck.

The lady was very nice, but just instructed me to “drop off the trailer around back.” I’ve had multiple back surgeries and really struggled to get the trailer off by myself. You’d think for over $700 to use a trailer, the lights would work and someone appropriately strong would be available to disconnect the trailer.

The uhaul trailer that we had was very old and rickety. The electrical wiring was frayed and shorted our car's circuits multiple times. The trailer we had should not be used again.
