Tire on truck was flat and lock was impossible to open on back. Havent recieved my refund either yet, Not sure why. And also inconvenient I couldnt rent for more than 24hrs from the site. The location has posted hours saying they are open at 9am on Mondays. When I got there at 9 no one was there and the phone number went to voicemail. At 9:27 someone finally answered the number and said the worker was running late. At 9:50 the worker finally arrived. She was so shocked that we needed her assistance because most people just drop the keys and go. I had a problem with the website check in and thought it would be easy to do a manual check in with a real person. Did not know it was so inconvenient for her.RENEE S.

Although they had just closed, the rep opened the door as we had dropped the trailer the prior night. I wanted to just stop by to make sure that all was good and they found the pads inside the trailer and the trailer was in the same excellent condition it was when we picked it up. I order my u-haul for an early pick-up before the store was open. The truck was ready when I got to the lot and the app walk me thru step by step for an easy pick up. Once I return the vehicle the owners were very friendly and made the return process smooth and easy.Stephen B.

At the moment I would not recommend because I dropped my trailer off after hours, I checked in online to show I was dropping it off on the proper day. I put my papers in the box as instructed and now I am being charged for 3 extra days that I shouldn't be. Other then that it looked clean. Storage was gated off and parking lot in front of the building is small.nickolas W.
