Made sure everything worked and gave me a walk through on how everything worked and what to watch for as I traveled and used the unit. Then when the drop off place would not return calls or acknowledge that I was even there or had dropped off the trailer, Eric from the pick-up location helped me with my check in. You are very fortunate to have the folks you have in Whitney.

Roy ABoth the truck and the tow dolly had significant damage and it took an excessive amount of time to complete my pick-up even though I had completed the on-line check in. I also think the fuel level on pick-up may have been overstated.
Cullen DThis location would not explain what they were charging me for. He said I would get an email. Who allows people to charge their card without knowing what was the charges for?? I told the man if the truck wasn’t clean enough to tell me and I’d go clean it. He never answered and CHARGED ME THE CLEANING FEE. !! He also charged me for insurance when I told him I didn’t want it. MONEY HUNGRY PEOPLE!

EVA HWe had to pick truck up almost 80 miles away from original reservation point because of maintenance on vehicle we reserved. Uhaul did add miles to the contract to offset this but we received no compensation for the 160 mile round trip in our personal vehicle to pick the truck up. Very dissatisfied with this.

BILLY OI dropped off the rental and tried to follow the check in process, but the geo location feature was not working in this area for my iphone. The check in process took over 30 minutes to complete and then the information was not able to enter on the phone to complete the process. I just locked the doors and dropped the key in the box.

AUSTIN SI am SOOOOO impressed by the folks at Stitchin Shack! Extremely helpful, very friendly, showed real caring for the project I had ahead of me. Called me in advance to confirm the reservation and everything was ready when I got there. Very low-effort experience!
