Rust on light fixtures. Rear door did not seal correctly. Items packed by the door got wet in rain.
Deborah WAfter I had called the drop off number, I was told that his facility was full and to drop the trailer at another address. ( A stereo Shop). I found the shop and was told where to park the trailer. A gentleman came out and disconnected the trailer. I asked about check - in paperwork and he said he would check if any was needed. He walked back inside said something to someone and gave me a thumbs up to let me know I was good to go. A couple of days later, I received a call from U-Haul about the whereabouts of the trailer I dropped off. After explaining that I did drop it off, The lady on the phone said she would close out the ticket. I felt like I was being accused of not returning it, but she assured me that it wasn't the case. This facility needs better rules and regulations to keep this from happening in the future.

Deanna JOverall, I'm unhappy with the U-Haul Experience. They were given a 2-month lead to get my reservation set up. Night before they tell me they have no 20' trucks in Clovis. had to go out of my way to get a truck in Fresno and then they had no blankets so had to wait for them to go get some from another store. Then I get in the truck and started driving home and there was no cruise control. Was very hard to drive that distance without it. Same thing happened the last time I reserved a truck to pick up at a certain location. Why even bother to reserve a truck. Your reservation system needs an overhaul!!

Guillermo CStaff took forever, was no where to be found when i got there. Then the lady helping me had no sense of urgency. Just talking on her phone with her kids and moving at her own pace. It took me like 20-25 just to check in, pay and get the truck. Definitely don't recommend due to how u professional the staff are. Super slow, no sense of urgency, and acted like i wasnt there.

ANGELA HThe price was ridiculous, I pay for 60 miles trip, and only used 30. They keep my deposit and they charge me 69 and cents extra. The truck was old and sound it like a train wreck whenever I brake. I returned the truck like I received and they charge me 25.$ extra for cleaning. The worst experience in Marias outlet stereo store with my rental over priced for old equipment.
juan cIt took a hour to check I'm, even though we filled out all information online, and 45 minutes to return it. It was on empty when we picked it up

SAY STruck only had an eighth of a tank of gas when they issued it to me. Owner forced me to return the truck with a quarter tank of gas just by it not being issued with a quarter tank of gas. Truck had overheating issues and did not run properly.

viengxay mNothing the sales associate was very pleasant and nice. She even offered to see if there was a truck the same size available @ a closer place to where I would be moving to. I would recommend this place to whomever needs moving equipment, U-Haul service, & help moving anything. She made sure the U-Haul was cleaned and sanitized as well. What a great place to come. Thank you for all your help

JULIO HThe location did not have the dollies inside the truck so I had to double back for them. The blankets were not in there either. I had paid movers to come help me move which delayed the process. I use the truck share to rent the truck and it ended up being slower

Chris ADropped off the rental. Employee at front says she was too busy to check my rental in and was told to leave it and she'll get to it. Worst mistake. Later, I got a call from Uhaul asking when I was dropping the rental off. Then they tried locating it in the lot and says they can't find it. All this was delt with while I was driving back home across the states. Eventually they located it by the next day, but I shouldn't have to experience this due to their negligence.
ERIK LIt was a very crowded parking lot very messy, in a terrible location in the city. I would not recommend anyone dropping anything off at this location.

ALLANDA MAlthough the service was average, we wished the location was prepared with the equipment requested, ready to go for us. We did the online check-in before arriving but still had to wait 10 minutes to be helped because they were short on staff (understandable because of small location). After we got the UHaul truck (which was missing the metal hooks in the cargo area and made securing our load more difficult), they forgot to give us our equipment. We ran back to ask them for our dolly and furniture pads, and then once we got to the truck again, noticed we were missing a furniture pad and had to run back again to request for these items as to not get charged for any missing items. They were minor things that were easily solved, but did add on to our burden of already managing a stressful move as it reduced our confidence in our truck rental/service.

Ashley HThe location was great but the vehicle was run down and a death trap. I called twice for assistance and you don't have enough operators to handle your calls, which leads me to believe that many of your vehicles are not maintained properly. The vehicle was stuck into gear and I had problems driving it. Never again will I rent from uhual. We were only able to do one run with this vehicle and I still have a majority of my stuff at the old residence. Needless to say, I will use budget truck rental for the remainder next weekend.

JOSE MThe personal attention and individual customer service that is provided could improve. Having siad that, I did not receive terrible service, however the service I did get could not be rated as above average if that, This location has three workers that I counted and one was watching the entry door plus handicapped so not actually providing customer service; and a large number of customers in the store.It took 43 minutes for the rental transaction to be completed. The amount of time to process paperwork and print out a receipt was exorbitant and unnecessary. The lady helping me never once looked me in the eye and only shortly looked up from her phone. She LITERALLY YELLED ACROSS THE STORE to another employee, which alone is not terrible, however I was standing in front of her and directly in the line of travel for her voice. She yelled in my face. The use of curse words was liberal and the store was EXTREMELY crowded, despite the COVID-19 restrictions. overall it was a below average borderline downright terrible rental process to get a U-Haul truck, but the truck worked perfect for the job and the location kept the truck clean. Lastly, she marked the tank as FULL before I left and when I got in the truck it was at 3/4 of a tank.
MICHELLE REveryone was super friendly and helpful at this pickup location. However, the trailer was not clean - it was grimey and dirty and smelled so intensely of marijuana that even our clothes hanging in the trailer started smelling after a few days.

Juana RThis location is in a gang infested area. The Smoke Shop is extremely busy and the patrons are shady characters. Many homeless on the lot asking for money. Little to no available parking. Very unsafe I was afraid to get off my car. I had my son follow me to return the truck.

Humberto AService was unwelcoming and terrible. A lot of miscommunication between employees. I made reservations online and upon my arrival, I got help as soon as I found someone and it took more than 15 minutes to get a 10' uhaul while the employee sounded demanding in telling me to give her any information she needs. I mentioned I would drop the U-Haul off at a different location; the following day, I called the location where I picked up the U-Haul and a lady who sounded very rude told me I have to return the U-Haul to the same location.
Syvilay HPlease improve the app. Had trouble clicking on "dispute/take photo". It would select everything, instead of clicking on button. Connection issues when submitting. Having to cancel forms in order to continue. Which will results in losing or skipping data input, causing inaccurate/incorrect information.

Augustine OOpened door to drive it smelled like someone smoked . My sinuses were not happy for breathing and on top of that fires bringing smoke. Other than that customer service was great and very great customer service

Suzanne MI rent all the time, have been to tons of uhaul places all over the USA. Customer was on point. I would rent from this location again.
Josh PI was charged additional $8 when I already put $10 in gas. I only drove the vehicle 7 miles I just thought it was ridiculous that's all.
Hope LToo much going on in store, not enough staff, wait time for both pick up And return exceeded 15 minutes. A/C was not fully functional in truck.
