Closes location for after hours drop off. This place was 20 miles from my house. There are 5 uhaul locations within 5.miles of my house, but I had to drop off by 7:46 a.m. and locations near my house ar3.closed Sundays. You should have every site have off hours drop off

Maybe fix the lights on the trailers and clean it

JAMES FPickup location was fine. Drop-off location guy was full of it and accused me of not filling gas to proper fill level and wouldn't let us leave without paying "him" 8 bucks.

Eric WWe were told there was 1/4 tank of gas when we picked it up and then my husband saw there was only 40 miles to empty so we had to add gas right away. I c called the location Andy they apologized about it.

Casey BI would not use Uhaul again due to the fact they canceled my rental the day of about an hour before I was to pick it up. I had confirmed the rental the day before and not only had to figure out how to get another truck but it was further away costing me more in gas AND was smaller again costing me time and gas. Not worth it.

Timothy NI spent an hour waiting to pick up my Uhaul rental because the third party couldn't figure out how to work his phone app to scan for the dolly. The truck was not clean at all and the customer service was extremely poor. This was the worse Uhaul experience of my life not to mention I was paying for movers that spent an hour waiting on me because of issues that had nothing to do with me. All I was compensated was $50 unacceptable considering I paid out $300 to my movers who spent an hour on the clock doing nothing because of Uhaul.
