Angela was wonderful. There's a little tricky getting to the location and she stayed on the phone with me until I was in the parking lot. Couldn't ask for more

RONETTE LAfter getting the trailer home, I realized the wiring on the trailer was frayed and the lights didn't work correctly. I had to wait for road service before I could start my packing job.

Offered additional UHaul insurance. Explained what equipment was needed for hookup. Installed the trailer on my vehicle and conducted safety check of trailer and lighting functions. Provided me with paperwork and folder. And above everything. Was polite,respectful and friendly. Thank You

EARL TI was very upset that the location we were supposed to drop off was difficult to reach. When I finally did I was told they were closed and suggested a drop off point 30 miles away. This one was only 12 mikes away. Also, when I picked up the vehicle I only had to drive local roads. After packing the truck and heading out on the highway, as I approached 60 mph, the engine started making noise. At a rest stop, after restarting, the engine accelerated to the point I had to shut it off. I drove over 300 miles on a 70 mph turnpike at the average speed of 55 to 57 mph. It was a long trip. I was just happy to not break down and have to unload and reload my cargo. I feel the truck should have been checked out after the last renter. It had to be doing the same thing. I reported it and hopefully it will be resolved. I am thankful for Angela at the drop off location for being so helpful and accommodating.

ROY FThe tire was noticeably low. We pointed it out to the representative. She suggested that we go to the gas station 2-3 miles away. We added air to the tire. The pickup location was more than the 35 miles we were told. The next day the tire was low again. My husband drove to the location that we made our reservation. There was a nail in the tire. We had to wait more than 3-4 hours before the tire was repaired. It was an extremely unpleasant experience. The truck was in disrepair and bad to drive.
DEBRA SHave a tong jack so the loaded/unloaded trailer can be separated from the towing vehicle. A user should not be required to haul a jack in order to detach the trailer, especially when loaded

KEITHGUY SThe address given is for a rear property entrance that is now closed so you need to go back onto the busy highway crossing traffic. The driver's side back LED light was very dim in the parking light mode. As a brake light it was fine.

JANET TFound 1 live cock roach when pulling out ramp and also found a 2nd live cock roach inside the back of the vehicle, apparently the users of vehicle before us had roaches in their belonging, we informed personal on duty at time of returning vehicle .we were reluctant to use vehicle(2 roaches too many), however checked out thoroughly, and went ahead with our moving project with no further problems.
