Tammy SasserTook the truck back after filling it back up with gas and I was still charged $6 and some change for 2 gallons of gas… I just spent nearly $600 to rent the truck and moved over 7 hours away only to be charged extra for 2 gallons of gas. Petty U-haul, very petty!!!
Adam ButlerWith there being no one on site the checkin process took longer than I would have expected. The instructions to locate the key were very unclear, just stated bottom. Which meant that the key was in a lock box on a convenience store wall adjacent to the property. We would have been searching the bottom of the truck had someone not driven by. The self checkin process was the biggest issue, from marking the gas to having to take additional pics of unmarked damage. And the radio on the truck didn’t work, making for a long boring drive
Tyler Denning1.) Customer service 2.) Get new locked on equipment (lock was stuck on the back door to the truck) 3.) Have truck checked out and serviced routinely for cleanliness as well as maintenance.
