Pickup location wasnt great. It's at a corner store and the person did ask if I needed help, when I said no I didn't know I'd be doing the whole thing solo including hookup. Didn't even bother to check if I did it right. They were nice though.

Frida WGot a big runaround . Ended up having to go to Ohio to pickup trailer after being told to pickup at 3 different location. Cost me more money turnpike fees to Ohio gasoline. Need up a round trip over 100 miles . Never will use again . And I will tell others not to use U-Haul.

Michael MI made a reservation online. We ended up being a little early for pick up but figured paperwork and waiting in line, we'd be ok. When the rep at the location accessed our reservation, it added an entire day charge to our total because we were 20 minutes early. Thank goodness she called Customer Service and not me because she was very helpful, I would have been very angry. You need to advertise that you cannot start the pick up process 1 minute early or you will be charged for an entire day of rent. I CANNOT COMPLIMENT THE STATELINE EMPLOYEE ENOUGH, but the UHaul company leaves much to be desired. But you don't care because you're the only place that rents, so it's put up with you or nothing.

TREVOR AI was told online that the truck would be $560.00 they took $667.00 off of my card then the truck got not one but two flat tires then it started raining I turned on wind shield wipers and one flew off. This was literally a ride from hell then to find out how much they charged my card without my permission I will make sure anyone mention getting a uhaul I will tell them about my horrible experience and to be careful that they don't get robbed like I did

Mark SFor one thing. Make sure the truck pick up is in a nearby location. We called 4 times to try to get to one closest to us. When we did finally get a close one, it was not open for convenience. Prepare the person of what they have to do to pick up when the hours are out of the ordinary. The charge for a safe move, what is that. Such a bad experience with uhaul. They plus miles should have been much lower. The bill for this move was unnecessary for th problems we had to obtain a truck. I think we should be reimbursed for all the unnecessary calls and problems we had with this truck. Thank you kindly. Mrs. Miller…..

Marlin HNOT A WELL RUN PLACE. TOOK OVER AN HOUR AFTER CONTRACT HAD BEEN SIGNED THE DAY BEFORE. JUST VERY TIME CONSUMING. SALES PERSON WOULD HAVE TO STOP TO WAIT ON CUSTOMERS AS IT IS SOME TYPE OF CONVENIENCE STORE. BAD LOCATION!!!!
MIKE WFirst it was disappointing to have my pickup location changed even tho I was guaranteed to have equipment ready for me - resulted in me having to plan last minute for a commute. Second there weren't any blankets or dolly even though I paid to have them. The woman working at this location was very sweet but it's on Uhaul for their poor planning

Bobby CWas supposed to pick up at Cromartie tobacco in Farrell pa. Received a call when I pulled in the lot. I couldn't pick up trailer there. No replacement no nothing so I had to get back on uhaul.com and try to find another. Found another but made me late to do what I had to do. Not very happy . The lady at supermarket was very helpful and nice.
Steven SThey were as helpful as they could be. But it was left on E and I was expected to bring it back at least close to half full. I wasn't told that until I went to return the truck. That isn't fair when it wasn't filled for me. I was told to bring it back with the same amount of gas I had at pick up. I waisted time and efforts not knowing that, also money. I did everything in less time than expected so the return should have been easy. The communication was not great having to deal with this online and with a places that wasn't knowledgeable for pick up. There was no one at the station I dropped it off at which was fine. Just isn't great for communication and reassurance. I was also charged a deposit which I was supposed to receive back upon return. I still have yet to receive that. Not an expense I expected. I should've been told that before pick up. I need that back please. Also truck was not real clean when I got it. Things were left from previous customers. Please make this experience better and return my deposit. Gracias

abigail lTook me an hour to get my rental. I had to call in because she wouldn't give me the keys, sjf uhaul had to tell her to hand them to me. I also rented two dollies, neither of which were supplied to me. I had to go spend over 100 dollars and buy my own dolly for one days use.

Bethany WI was told rental would be $19.99 , plus .97 a mile.( I was charged .99) I was billed close to $50, none of the other charges were ever mentioned. I also saw a sign inside the van stating I could save $25 if I swept out truck and folded blankets, which I did.

RENEE WThis was are second time renting a truck. The first time, the employee didn't know how to do the checkout, we had to come back two hours later. This time we had no problems until we returned the truck & again we got the same employee who didn't know how to check in the truck & we had to come back the next day because the owner's son would be there & take care of our returning the truck. TRAIN YOUR EMPLOYEES.
Frank BThe gentlemen at the location spoke very little english, and had no idea how to get me my truck, ended up calling customer service and i dis it myself with a rep. I payed for a furniture dolly and when i asked the guy for my dolly he tried to give me a shopping cart. He ended up giving me a carton dolly from the store. He never checked the mileage, and i had to pick out the correct truck keys from the pile he set on the counter. I would like to say he was very nice, and it is not his fault he was not trained. But it was frustrating, time consuming, and i did not get all the equipment i paid for and needed.
alfred BI like to know why I paid that much 108.57 from Friday evening 4pm until sun morning plus another 8.77 I’m not happy at all that I paid that much plus put gas in it 10.00 I only went 36 miles in to days.
