No one was there. The numbers on the door to call were not even helpful numbers unless you like, this person does not have a mailbox set up and the phone hangs up. Call another number and it just rings, call the 3rd number and again, no mailbox set up and the phone hangs up. Noone was even there the next day either. So I had to check the uhaul in on line and take pictures to prove that my fuel was at the correct location and where I parked it and of the inside to show it was clean.BRYAN R.

I was notified of a ticket or citation on 9/21 with this rental. i requested proof of this citation or ticket but never received any feed back. This need to be addressed.ivy L.

The location stated it would be open till 6pm, had to be there by 5:45PM. They contacted me by my cell number on the reservation. He stated that he would not be there but I could get the trailer and call him back to finish the transaction. As I was loading the trailer. I was trying to pull it the three inched to get it on the ball hitch and my foot popped. I thought I had broken a bone. I had x-rays and it turned out to be a torn ligament. I sent the photos to the renter of the trailer hooked up to the truck. Ends up that I drove it home and couldn't use the trailer due too injury. Ended up wasting $75.00 dollars.Thomas E.

Had to drop off after hours. If you consider after at 8:30 am. Called numbers on door of drop of and never got answer. Had to contact u-haul directly to confirm drop off. When I did call back to confirm with u-haul rental place here. The man on phone was really really rude. After a 17 hour drive that's the last thing I needed. Then was charged another $20 for something I don't know. Thought I had 4 days to return according to agreement. Parked it as best as I could and was told next time do better. Will not ever go here again. What was the extra charge for?JERIAMY C.

We were lucky to find this location. We had made a reservation at the Broad St Uhaul location and when we showed up they informed us that they had sent the last one out and the Gordon Highway Uhaul was holding one for us. After going there, we were told, â€œit is broke.â€. Very disheartening. Thankfully we found a trailer at this location and plan to keep going back. I recommend you do so too.David M.

When dropping off at this location, I experienced an issue with the ride share feature again. Because the location was closed on Saturday night, I had to call into customer service for assistance. The representative was extremely helpful. After accessing ride share and dropping off the vehicle through the feature, I was still billed for an extra day because the location did not open until that Monday. As of now I'm still waiting to be reimbursed.KENISHA J.

This location is not a good representation of the U-Haul company. They were not open and ready to go at stated time. I had to call them and let them know that I was there. The truck and trailer we're not hooked up and ready to go at the requested time. I was supposed to pick up contact free at 10 AM. I did not leave till 1055. This was due to truck not being cleaned, business not being open, and trailer not hooked to truck. The truck was also locked behind a fence, making contactless pick up impossible.Kenneth Irvin S.

The couple at the pick up location was very friendly and helpful. The computer was having some issues, but that didn't affect the service at all. I would definitely recommend this as a place of business. And, I thank them for being so helpful and nice.Jasmine D.

There were many miscommunication issues through this dealer. The truck was fine for what we needed it for but there is damage to the driver's door and fender that made a lot of noise every time the door was opened and closed which was annoying. The site that this rental was picked up at was not clean/neat.Bob S.

Figure out frop off locations in advance. I was scheduled to drop off 45 mins from where I was and it was suppose to be at State Line Auto. Which this made it impossible for me to check the truck in using the uhaul app.misty B.
I also purchased other services through one of your partners, movinghelp.com from your site. That experience was horrible!!! The help never arrived, they charged my card and I'm being sent in circles to try to get a refund. It's not U-Haul but it does reflect badly on you to partner with disciple businesses.
