The Truck I had reserved was not at the location. The representative looked for a truck in the area and found 1. It it was way out of my way. The rep had a 20’ U-Haul on-site and allowed me to rent it at its price. The rep also allotted me a 20 cents discount per mile since my original reserved rental U-Haul was not available at my time of arrival. The rep at my pickup location was very professional and courteous and was helpful in accommodating my needs in the short time I had to get my stuff moved.

The location wasn't clean. Part of the reason is due to it being a dirt lot and it just gets muddy when it rains. Besides this there was still dog crap around the location. And the box where I was to return my key after-hours was broken. This led to me having to make another few phone calls to U-Haul in order to solve that problem. But the problem was resolved by being told to put my key in another lock box that was located on the property.

The Uhaul manager was never on time. They didn’t allow anyone in their office so did all registration standing on their front porch. The facility is dirty and very unprofessional! They just handed over the key without any explanation or introduction to vehicle.

As you can see, even the customer survey shows this location as the return location. Staff at this location gladly accepted the return and never indicated it was the wrong location. Charged 198.00 wrong return site fee. Why wouldn't I have drove the additional 3 miles to return to the "correct" site?

Went during business hours, no one there. Talked to someone thru the ring doorbell and pretty sure you charged me the $20 next day inspection fee even though the owner did finally showed

the customer service was outstanding .The Agent was very knowledgeable and took his time to explain everything thing and answer all my questions that i had .The facility was was really nice and clean so was the vehicles which made it a great a great transaction. it was the best customer I have every had .job well done

It took 2 long phone calls to uhaul and 3 days to get equipment turned in after dropped off. Do not leave location with out turn in receipt. As of today I still do not have a turn in receipt.

First of all, when we got to our location for pick up, we had to wait almost an hour after pick up time. The truck's power steering and brakes were extremely poor. Had to pry the back door to get it open. We were charged over $200 for this service. We do not recommend to anyone.

The staff aren’t even present at the location. There is a phone number you can call but they do not answer the phone in a timely manner. Do yourself a favor and DO NOT use this location for pick up or drop off!

There was some wear on the hitching mechanism that caused it to loosen repeatedly during the 2200 mile commute bot other than that the trailer performed well. It had new tires and some cosmetic damage but overall was well maintained. Both individuals that helped me at the pick up location were very friendly and accomodating. Id recommend this location.

The Establishment in itself was great however the you share app kept giving problems would not let me check the truck back in and caused me to get charged twice as much. For this I probably won't rent from U-Haul again.

No one was there. The numbers on the door to call were not even helpful numbers unless you like, this person does not have a mailbox set up and the phone hangs up. Call another number and it just rings, call the 3rd number and again, no mailbox set up and the phone hangs up. Noone was even there the next day either. So I had to check the uhaul in on line and take pictures to prove that my fuel was at the correct location and where I parked it and of the inside to show it was clean.

I was notified of a ticket or citation on 9/21 with this rental. i requested proof of this citation or ticket but never received any feed back. This need to be addressed.

The location stated it would be open till 6pm, had to be there by 5:45PM. They contacted me by my cell number on the reservation. He stated that he would not be there but I could get the trailer and call him back to finish the transaction. As I was loading the trailer. I was trying to pull it the three inched to get it on the ball hitch and my foot popped. I thought I had broken a bone. I had x-rays and it turned out to be a torn ligament. I sent the photos to the renter of the trailer hooked up to the truck. Ends up that I drove it home and couldn't use the trailer due too injury. Ended up wasting $75.00 dollars.

It seemed the head honcho was too busy to help me. Just pointed and said “back it in there”. Later an employee came and assisted with backing up the trailer and with unhitching it. He was pleasant and helpful.

Had to drop off after hours. If you consider after at 8:30 am. Called numbers on door of drop of and never got answer. Had to contact u-haul directly to confirm drop off. When I did call back to confirm with u-haul rental place here. The man on phone was really really rude. After a 17 hour drive that’s the last thing I needed. Then was charged another $20 for something I don’t know. Thought I had 4 days to return according to agreement. Parked it as best as I could and was told next time do better. Will not ever go here again. What was the extra charge for?
