This isn’t a comment on the location. But the equipment specifically the gas gauge on this truck did not register while filling up so we overfilled the gas from where we had to we were upset since we’ve rented many uhaul trucks and never had this issue before.
Ashley FExplained to employee at this pickup location that I needed 150 miles for my rental. Employee stated 87 was the standard and that she would set the contract to 150. Upon turning in the vehicle, the contract only had 74 miles on it and there was no mention to me about that even though i was very clear about needing the extra miles, causing me to get charged the extra miles. The contract was incorrect, there was also garbage in the truck itself when rented.

Bonnie SI was one mile over which they charged me 1.06 for but I left the gas tank full instead of at below half where it was. It was not this location, it was uhaul itself

Patrick CThe entire location was covered with Trump propaganda. As a non-white woman, I felt extremely unsafe in this current culture and climate. I thought someone might come outside and shoot me without even asking what reason I'm on their property. The gentleman who helped me was courteous. But like I said I had extreme discomfort sitting in his home. I would never recommend this location to any non-white mail. This reflects extremely poorly on U-Haul and implies that UHaul is supportive of Trump and his highly discriminative policies.

Dorothy EMy biggest complaint is that my original reservation was at 8:30 am at another location: Reservation #: 21947383 Requested Pick Up Location: Abe's Storage North 5172 S Saginaw Rd Flint, MI 48507 I did not get there to pickup the truck until around 11:30 am. Without calling me or texting me, they gave away my reservation. I then had to drive another hour to Stan's Place in Dryden to pick up a truck. Stan was great, Abe's should not have dumped my reservation without calling.

KYLE RStan was able to get the trailer for us and get us the blankets we needed that were left out of the tru k on the earlier stop. He also gave us a small dolly that he had to help us out. Stan talked with support and made things happen. I was also overcharged since the truck and trailer somehow ended up in different reservations. Support called me back and issued me a credit and made sure I was good!!! Great job Uhaul on this one!!

Donald T1st, the truck wasn't available in kimbal township where I reserved it, had to drive 1 hour to pick it up. The truck was dirty and muddy inside the cab. Smelled like a dog. Choked oil, it smelt burnt.
ANTHONY GStans was absolutely the best uhaul experience. I don't think I get that good of service at a hotel let alone renting a uhaul.
Don INothing to do with the location but the 24/7 pick up takes a long time to do. Even with do the check in early it still took almost an hour to get the truck. Dropping off was super easy.

Joe PCalled three different locations before this one. None of them had a hitch to use to rent a car dolly. Was an emergency situation where I didn't have a hitch with me. Had to drive an extra 20 miles to Stan's place to get a dolly and hitch.
