This 26 ft truck was the worst truck I have ever drove, no manual in truck, no explanation of how to drive it to where the motor isn't revving 4500, when slowing down, and burning a ton of gas 5 to 6 mpg top loaded with about 5000 lbs ,but with a 10 speed transmission thought for sure it would be better, read it got 10 or so ,well it might have if someone new about figuring out how to switch gears ,I was told to put in D and push the tow button off and ,wow what a joke ,had no power at all to climb up and down the mountains, scared to death was gonna get in a wreck or cause one ,don't dare pull out in any traffic, thought I was going to blow the motor or trans at any moment, even stopped and had a technion come out and check to see ,I explained everything in depth and he ran a check on the computer called uhaul and then the big surprise, i don't see anything wrong so if you don't feel safe then call and get a different one otherwise drive it till it breaks down, here's the kicker, ask him to take it for a test drive so I could show him ,he days new if I can't see a problem right now then oh well when it does then call them again, so they don't even give a shit when you are worried about preventing it from breaking,when with all my questions you would think someone might no something but nope ,I had to drive this damn thing over 600 mile clenching the wheel and worried about breaking down, and if I did who was going to transfer my load from truck to truck,,I no operators can't do much, but if your telling them all the same things and nobody has an answer or wants to help ,make me just sick ,I had a budget to work on and I'm way over and had reservations,that are way messed up ,missed drop off dates, which cost me more money because of this truck, i missed 2 days my 1 st day on my new job ($300 per day ) and the next since didn't get in till 2:30 am(I had to try and figure out how to do everything in a matter of hrs so don't miss another spent 3 to 4 hrs trying to contact Uhaul,finally Uhaul personal answer and i explain everything saying were sorry for the drop off issues is there anything they can do to help us out with unloading since adriving 18 hrs and stopping so much from the stress and worried about blowing it up or getting hit and being charged for it I get sorry I'll make up a file got no friends here to help me unload and I couldn't get a storage unit till next day and its Monday they had to work so I asked Uhaul personal if by chance if they would help and all I got was they will put it in a file if I could get people to unload it and to go online and fill out for helpers to do it, but I was having trouble with my phone signal here ,now lost reservations for my hotel and my company got charged because I was a no show there,($265) ,couldn't drop off the car hauler so got to pay ($156) more,and maybe uhaul might pay you back ,so I fly around and get a storage and a drop off point for the car hauler,now I get to try and find help

Stan did everything he could to help get my contract finalized and get the auto transport removed, but even after he talked to his manager I was told I’d have to dispute the bill with corporate. He tried his best to fix an error that wasn’t his and I appreciate his professionalism and prompt follow up. He was the shining star in what was an overall crap experience.

Super-fast service. Had an urgent need to rescue a broken-down vehicle... ordered a car dolly and these guys literally saved the day by having one rented and on my truck within 30 minutes. Great experience.
