I asked for a location where I could check in with a person and the U-Haul website indicated it was. It wasn’t but the storage facility attendant was super friendly though unable to provide assistance when the U-Haul app would not accept the required photos of the truck. My fear of this type of situation is why I chose to pick up the truck at a location that was supposed to have assistance. Was there for over an hour and had to call the help number and text the photos to the lady who was very helpful. Poor performance of the app and misleading information of the pickup site created a disappointing and frustrating start to my move.
