The Uhaul person was on vacation. The counter person took me at my word (without ID) and let me take an uncleaned trailer without identifying myself.

robert tGot a call the next morning saying my uhaul was late. They thought I had a 15' after I received a 10' the day before. The truck was delivered at 7pm the day before when it was due at 9pm, so it wasn't late. Other than that, things were fine.

eduardo pThe man helping me was I believe named Jo and he was very nice. However when i dropped off he made a reference to selling stuff online instead and i said yea that comes with all sorts of stuff like they usually dont show up. Then he said "yea and they always try to jew you down on the price." Then he told me he would have to charge a 50$ fee for me forgetting to refill the gas to the original level and for service. He then told me " the funny thing is the next person who brings in the tank over gets your $50"... so like I said he was a perfectly nice person but this was an awkward and uncomfortable and to my experience and I was trying to keep my move under $100 he seemed intent on charging me more than that.
Wendy VGreat experience both picking up and dropping off the car hauler trailer. The employee that helped me, Joe, was wonderful. He was so helpful, my trailer lights connection was not working and he helped me diagnose and fix the issue in my truck when picking up the trailer. I will be returning and will be recommending.
