Well it was not the best experience I've ever had. We rented the unit, then got to where we were going to load, and there was a lock on the door. So we had to wait until the representative came out to cut the lock off. But they did it in a timely manner and was very sorry for the inconvenience.

This location did not clearly indicate the drop-off point as well as other U-Haul locations which have a green roof over the clearly marked drop-off point. The drop-off procedure was not as clear as usual.

Only issue is that the scion car would not fit onto the dolly being as low in the front as these cars are. Appreciate getting a refund for the time not used.

Give me a REFUND for my rental!!! The cab of the truck emitted the carbon monoxide through the AC vents!!! We had to drive over 300 miles in 103* weather with the WINDOWS DOWN!! So horrible!

This was actually my third location because of bad communication. I called to rent the trailer from someone at the 34th & Q location in Lubbock. They told me on the phone they had it. Then they sent me to East 50th street and they didn't have one either. Then they sent me to the Ave P location and they were closed until 4:00pm. I had to wait 30 minutes for someone to show up. Then I took the trailer to Houston only to find out the trailer was too short. The original person I talked to asked what I was hauling, but it was about 18" too short.

We got bumped over to this location the night before we were to pick up our uhaul. We were to pick it up at 9:00 but the location didn't open until 10:00. Needless to say, this put us an hour behind along with other people who were also waiting. The kicker to the whole situation...the young lady that worked there was 20 minutes late. She overslept and had her 2 small children in tow. When we finally got the paperwork completed, she told us to go to the shed and get our own furniture covers. The shed was filthy and so were all the covers. So we had to go through all of them and find decent ones to take with us. This location is totally unacceptable!

Even though I paid to have a drop off at a certain location I was instructed to drop off at a different location which was multiple miles away. The drop off was in the pouring down rain and the location for drop off was in the middle of a muddy field. I got muddy from trying to take hte trailer off. It was very poor service.

The agent changed the drop off location to be returned to the Lubbock location. That is 5 hours away. The U-Haul customer service rep I called to correct the problem said I needed to pay double to drop off in Boerne even though that is where I originally booked the reservation. With the paperwork for the original reservation showing it was a one way she finally said I had to pay $100 more than my quote.

I was assisted as soon as I arrived and did not have to wait. The paperwork was smooth and I got the trailer and was back on the road within 30 minutes.

i had to get relocated to this location bc the online arrangement was not done correctly. ive had issues like this before never received and email to say the trailer would not be available at this location. we got a call a short time before the trailer was set to be picked up then they said the place we would pick up at closed at 5. the reason we use online is to make it convienient to have everything ready to go. whats the point of online reservation if yal cant honor that.whenever i actually got there they did not have any of my info put in the system so they had no reservation approval yet. REDICULOUS we have used UHAUL FOR 15 YEARS don't think will be using this service again.
