The equipment I ordered was not in the truck when I picked it up. I had to waste my time and go to another U-Hual facility to pick up the equipment that should have been in the truck to begin with. I was over charged for equipment that I didn't have/ use. I had 2 furniture dollies but I was charged for 4. I believe I was over charged for mileage and gas. I was not a good experience and I do bot plan to use U-Haul again let alone recommend it for someone else.

We showed up on time for our pick up. And once we got there, our truck was not ready and it it took about 45 minutes from our pick up time in order for the Location to give us our keys. I would not recommend coming to this location.
