Neee to make sure maintenance is completed on the rentals. The truck that was rented did not drive well and has a check engine light and on. The front bumper was cracked. The exterior was dirty. There is no key drop off box at this location.Glenda W.

I came to drop off no one was at work no one answered phone the hours was said to be open I returned on Monday to drop off trailer I was told I should have dropped it off and left a voicemail. so I got charged for the extra daysjesse H.

Customer service rep was rude. As we inspected the truck we found that it was messing the gas cap. My dad was the driver and he also has his CDL. When he brought it to their attention , the lady's response was â€œAnd?! What else can I do for you ?â€ My dad proceeded to tell her it was a DOT violation and could cost him a ticket she stated that her boss inspected the truck and it was okay to driveâ€¦ as weâ€re on the highway The truck started shaking. If you drive anything over 50 it shakes like a stripper in Early Morning service.Ernest P.

Worst service I've ever witnessed, my appointment was for Sunday May 31. Uhual called me Saturday at 230pm to tell me â€œthere are no available units for Sunday â€œ and that I would have to pick up today ... At 4pm!!! I was 3 hours away. I had to have my father drive and get it. Then the woman had the audacity to call me and say â€œI close at 4, but today I'm shutting down at 330pm.. my father had 1 hour to get there. Whoever manages this store should be fired immediately. Keep in mind I made the appt though Pearl Ms and was given the Clinton location .. whoever is responsible for that.. needs to be fired.Benjamin C.

The truck was not clean and had over a dozen damaged that were not labeled. My primary issue was the equipment I reserved. I reserved an appliance dolly because I had numerous large items and a very limited time frame. When I arrived at the vehicle, I was told the appliance dolly was not available but I could rent a regular size dolly instead. I had to move that day so I had no other option provided to me. Having the undersized dolly caused loading and unloading to take longer. I ended up needing to pay for the truck for an additional day because I needed a few more hours. I was supposed to be notified 24 hours early if my reserved equipment would not be available. If I was notified in advance, I could have made arrangements to ensure I would be able to complete my move in the reserved time period. However, I wasn't notified and ended up paying more than $70 extra. A simple phone call to notify me of unavailable equipment is advertised and would have saved me the unnecessary expense. An employee did not do what they were supposed to do and it cost me financially.James S.

Truck had been smoked in recently. Check engine light was on. I drove the truck 5 miles and was charged for 3.6 gallons of gas. I know the trucks get bad gas mileage, but that is extreme.Marty D.

HONOR reservations that are made & confirmed. the vehicle that we reserved (9' cargo van $19.95) and had been confirmed via the phone was not at the location when we arrived. was told that we would need to go to Jackson location to pick up if we wanted that vehicle. the only vehicle available was a 15' truck that we were charged $29.95. we should not have been charged the extra $10 because the location didn't have the vehicle that we reserved. we only used the vehicle, we did not use the hand truck but was accused of using it because the tag was broken. finally got manager involved and the hand truck fee was waived. very poor experience...will not use this location again...reservations should be honored.Paul D.

We were moved to another location for pick up about 20 miles away and understand but the location did not seem to have all the info we had entered when we reserved it. They had the reservation but had to enter destination and where we were dropping off and then could not find drop off and said we needed to call them before arrival which we did not.Jud S.

We dropped our truck off about 10:30 pm at Springridge Mobile Estates. It was not enough outside lights. Very dark in front of office where drop box is. It was some dim lights where we parked the truck. Not enough lights. I would not recommend someone to drop off here after dark. That is why I could not give this place a better rating.Marge R.
