There were ants in the uhaul. A lot of ants. Also uhaul customer service over the phone was horrible. I was lied to about pricing and ripped off and experimented rude customer service and people with no patients and acted like wht I was saying made no sense. Horrible overall service I know I wouldn’t use nor recommend uhaul when moving to anymore. Couldn’t get my business again Or recommendation.

Your customer service is terrible. Phone wait over an hour, chat cuts you off, email not responsive. Double booked rental and cancelled wrong contract. Truck was fine, but the aggravation was uncalled for. Almost delayed a long booked rental from TX to SC. One person April in your organization knew what she was doing. Stayed overtime to work out problem on 9/1. Should make her CEO.

The truck was dirty inside the cab and in the back. The air conditioner did not work in the truck! The engine had a knock in it. Slow to pick up speed and backfired.

We dropped off the truck & keys during closed hours, that is the reason I can not judge the personnel. I felt ok dropping it off. My parents have done business with them, so I was not worried.
