The windshield wipers made it dangerous to drive in the morning . Also I actually Had to go home And charge my phone to Check out as I Spent all day without the ability to charge my phone and now A days Phones can be charged on the car using a plug

It was even more dirty in the back where I was putting my items that I needed to move. I had to through a few things away because of how dirty they were. Usually I have good experiences at UHaul but this was the standalone bad experience I have had.

Foster FSpeight Furniture was really helpful although I had to wait from 10am to 10:20am to get the van I came for. The first location didn't have the van I reserved, so luckily Speight Furniture had it. I had gone early and prepared ahead of time to be back at my apartment before the movers, but with all the delays, my movers were left waiting at my apartment. It's really frustrating, and it's almost no ones fault. The person in Detroit didn't return the van on time so I was left in the dark. I had to pay for a Lyft to get to Speight Furniture from my first U-Haul location. I also didn't receive my Dolly and had to drive back for one. The whole thing was incredibly time consuming and inconvenient in the middle of a big move, and there's no one to blame. But, if I show up prepared, I expect every adult around me to do that same in this business. Both locations simply weren't.

Corina SOwner of the shop is older and slow. Took us over a half hour waiting on him to get the UHaul "ready" for us. When we dropped it off, someone else was there waiting for a scheduled pick up and he wasn't even at his shop anymore, even though it wasn't supposed to close until 4pm. Only good thing was it was a fast, last-minute scheduling for a weekend truck. All the UHaul places didn't have rentals available

I would highly recommend this location to people, and actually already have. My issue is actually with Uhaul in general, and not Oscar/this particular location, and it is because I was charged for two gallons of gas, that I don't agree I should have been charged with. I filled up the tank just like I had received it. I took a photo before and after, because I tried to visually gauge how much to fill it to the best of my ability, and that's exactly what I did. So I am confused about that part, but otherwise everything went smoothly and as was discussed with Oscar.

brandon sThe guy typed the info in the computer one key at a time. He then went to process payment, then had to re start the computer, had to re-enter everything all over again. I had to tell him to put his mask on too. That was after he blew his nose into a tissue and placed it on his desk next to the computer. The truck was janky AF!

David CThis was my first time renting a U-Haul truck. I chose this particular location because it was local to the area where I was going to do business. The reservation process was easy and stress-free, both in-store and on-line. The U-Haul agent, Mr. Speight, was very nice and helpful. Although this location has one truck (17 footer) and one cargo van, I used both vehicles on 2 different reserved days and did not have any problems. I would recommend this location to others.
