Horrible experience. Waited over 2 hours for pickup with my infant in the car. Paid movers to sit at my house costing more then the U-Haul rental all because of “servers down”. Never again.

Never use the U-Haul app for a rental. It seems like it would be convenient — and it should be — but it glitched for me at pick-up and drop-off and made me waste nearly two hours of my day trying to get it to work.

The guy didn't look over the truck because he was busy with another customer and it was close to closing. I'm putting a lot of faith in this and I'm praying bs doesn't come down the line. So far very satisfied.

The guys at Spazz Automotive saved the day! We had a reservation to rent a Uhaul from Get It & Go at the Cortlandt Town Center. I had confirmed with the person at GI&G that we would arrive between noon and 2pm to pick up the truck, and he assured me that was fine. I arrived at 1pm and the business was closed. I called the guy on his phone and he said he was in White Plains so he couldn't help us. He didn't even utter the word "sorry." He sounded annoyed and said I should get the uhaul app. Ugh! I was a bit desperate, since the whole day had been planned and coordinated with other people, some at home to take care of my pets, and others at the moving site who were depending on my help. I called several other places and the only one who answered the phone and had a van available was Spazz. The guy there was pleasant and helpful, the van was clean and in excellent condition. I would definitely recommend them to anyone who wants a dependable company to deal with. (Even though the name of the company is a bit regrettable, but also, I must admit, memorable.)

Lol this isn’t even the correct location where I dropped my truck off. You’re basically on your own with U Haul and have to hope the individual location has its act together. Otherwise it’s a problem

There was some miscommunication regarding returning the van I rented. As my first rental, I was told by the representative at the location that I just had to just park the van and return the key to the after hours drop off box. I was not aware that I had to log onto the app and start the return process at the site. In event, the UHaul support technician was able to help with the vehicle checkin and ensure that I didn't incur any additional charges.

The location was good overall, as was the vehicle. However the check in process greatly effected the experience overall. I found the application to be tremendously slow and was unresponsive throughout the process. What should have been a 5 minute process turned into a 15 to 25 minute process. The application needs to be reviewed for efficiency.

Zero Im put from location owner one onsite to answer any questions. Ever bad wify reception at this location. Very complicated downloading by phone. It took me over 30 minutes to finally get through the process. Also the gas tank was only 1/4 full. The experience sucked.

Very little info given when booked. Confusing pickup procedure. I was also charged for fuel even though I had filled the tank back to where it was when I got it. I called spazz auto several times but he has no voicemail. I finally got him on the phone and he said he’d try to get me a refund…still haven’t heard back. No “sorry for the inconvenience “….He needs to work on his customer service skills.

I reserved two furniture dollies. I confirmed my need for the dollies when I recieved a phone call from Uhaul changing my pick up location due to the type of truck i wanted. When i picked up the truck there were no dollies. This made my day 10x harder.
