I asked for contactless and did every step and still could had to go to the counter and wait in the associate there. It was not what was advertised and if I knew that I never would have went through uhaul. It's disappointing and upsetting to â€œofferâ€ a service that you simply cannot offer. And now I'm out $140 and going to get tested for Covid again because of your companies false promises.Lenzie S.
Be more together with the pricing between the local dealer and the 800 number. I found that the price was going to be higher when I got there than what I was told on the phone when I made the reservation using the 800 number.Jonathan H.
When tried to return truck after hours, site would not let me do it. Kept saying retry. After 15 minutes of trying to do this, I left site and went home. This needs fixed if expecting people to do this.Kimberley K.

The address I was given for drop off wasn't the address above. The address I was given was great because I had plenty of room to get the trailer in, but it was 4:50 pm and there was no one on site. I had a gentleman walking into the laundry mat that I was to drop at help us. He got his jack and I went to dig out 3 bricks from behind the building to stop the trailer from rolling and to hold up the trailer hitch so we could move the truck out . It was 2 hours after I dropped the trailer did I find the phone number in an email to call to let them know it was there.dana S.

The guy working the counter knew nothing of the equipment and we had to wait for him to finish a personal phone call before he'd help us then didn't know how to put the trailer on the hitch or which ball was needed. I Called Uhaul customer service wanting a motorcycle trailer. Uhaul Didnt have one within a reasonable distance so they got me a regular 5x9 trailer for the price of a motorcycle trailer. Took good care of mecody B.

Agreed to drive out of my way to drop off the 26 ft supermover because the owner needed it for another client. He promised to drop the 2 day late fee I had accrued if I could deliver the truck which I did after hrs and put the keys in the box. Very disorganized. Office was staffed on a very part time basis. Computer system did not work well and printer did not work at all. They did not return any of my three calls to confirm the order or answer a couple of questions that I had. I ended up calling the 1-800 national number for answers.
