The guy was an hour late! We were supposed to pick up the truck at 9 a.m and he didn't show up until 9:50 After we called the MANY #s this place has. When we complained the owner proceeded to tell us he should have canceled our order due to ill staff. Next time cancel it instead of trying to act like you did me a favor being an hour late. I wouldn't reccomend uhaul to anyone. while the location itsself was fine and the lady that worked there was great, uhaul itsself i had issues with the entirety of my planning. i'm never using uhaul again.WILLIAM A.
When you give the measurements of your trailer give the measurements of the opening so people can fit things into the trailer not the measurements of the exterior. We drove an hour and a half with your trailer and did not realize until we open the doors that you have a frame around it that cut 4 inches off the height and width that you listed. So we basically paid to travel three hours with your trailer and return it and now I have to pay extra to have them delivered to us.RICHARD F.
Mirrors need to be adjustable to see out of. I had to lean way over to the right to see out of passenger mirror. Leave a tool in vehicle so it can be adjusted as need for each driver. GraciasRHONDA H.

I asked for contactless and did every step and still could had to go to the counter and wait in the associate there. It was not what was advertised and if I knew that I never would have went through uhaul. It's disappointing and upsetting to â€œofferâ€ a service that you simply cannot offer. Be more together with the pricing between the local dealer and the 800 number. I found that the price was going to be higher when I got there than what I was told on the phone when I made the reservation using the 800 number.Jonathan H.

The address I was given for drop off wasn't the address above. The address I was given was great because I had plenty of room to get the trailer in, but it was 4:50 pm and there was no one on site. I had a gentleman walking into the laundry mat that I was to drop at help us. He got his jack and I went to dig out 3 bricks from behind the building to stop the trailer from rolling and to hold up the trailer hitch so we could move the truck out . It was 2 hours after I dropped the trailer did I find the phone number in an email to call to let them know it was there.dana S.

The guy working the counter knew nothing of the equipment and we had to wait for him to finish a personal phone call before he'd help us then didn't know how to put the trailer on the hitch or which ball was needed.
