The person working said he was filling in and couldn’t get computer programming to work so had to call for help. A sign needs to to better mark location. We were at bakery building where address location number was along with another customer.

I Called Uhaul customer service wanting a motorcycle trailer. Uhaul Didnt have one within a reasonable distance so they got me a regular 5x9 trailer for the price of a motorcycle trailer. Took good care of me

Equipment filthy cab dirty, back blankets thrown all over the place and not swept out. Truck only had almost 9000 miles on it and looked disgusting.

Agreed to drive out of my way to drop off the 26 ft supermover because the owner needed it for another client. He promised to drop the 2 day late fee I had accrued if I could deliver the truck which I did after hrs and put the keys in the box. Received my receipt the next day with the 2 extra days charged to my card. Since have left voicemails and no response from the owner. Will not do business with this location again

The Representative could not get the computer system to work. He had to call U-haul twice to process my Confirmed reservation. It took more than 30 minutes and I was the only customer.

The only thing that I didn't like was I was confirmed one truck and then a little later got a call that it had been given to someone else and I got stuck with a Van which ended up taking more trips than planned.

Very disorganized. Office was staffed on a very part time basis. Computer system did not work well and printer did not work at all. They did not return any of my three calls to confirm the order or answer a couple of questions that I had. I ended up calling the 1-800 national number for answers. If I get this location next time, then I will cancel my reservation or request another location.

Everything went well and the people were very friendly and helpful. The only thing I can say is to make it clear that the drop off procedure that is described in the U-haul paperwork does not need to be done exactly like it describes. Since I did not do online reservations, the return method in the paperwork probably did not apply to me anyway.

Thank you so much to tim the guy who rented me the truck i was in the middle of my move and broke my ankle so i had the truck longer then i was supossed to and so i called to let him know what was going on so he didnt think i stole his truck but finally got it back last nite and i went today and payed the rest of my bill thank you soooo much i really apperciate you tim.

I was a little annoyed because the left tail light was not working. I had them check it before I even pulled out . They said there was no way to fix it at that moment. They noted it on my account. I was worried about getting pulled over the whole time I had it . The next time this happens I will refuse it and insist they give me a replacement for the same cost of what I wanted .

I don't like the fact that I had to wait until 2 days before my move to know what location I could pick my truck up at. When I made my reservation, the rep told me an agent would contact me within 2 days to set up my pickup location. However, the next day I received an email informing me that due to the busy season an agent would call me 2 days before my move. I called customer service and told them I absolutely need a 26' truck at 9am at a U-Haul location in Canton. The rep said she noted it in my reservation in the computer. No agent ever called me and instead, I received an email saying I was scheduled to pick my truck up at a different location than the one I requested and it was also scheduled for a pickup time of 3 hours later than what I requested in my reservation. So, I had to call customer service again to make corrections.
