I rented a 20' truck, was told gas was full so return it full, no problem, After my trip I filled gas until pump shut off. Previous customer must have assumed full is when gauge shows full. I was refunded $7 thank you, this being the difference between gauge full and pump shut off when full. Perhaps we should be told gauge full or pump shut off full. It was my 4th time with U-Haul. Thanks.
