Holly was the person we dealt with and she must have been having a bad day. First, she asked me if I would drive the truck to the back lot â€" in the rain without an offer to run me back to the front in the cart. Guess her phone call was more important. She threw our rental agreement with our receipts in the trash and when my wife arrived she went inside to retrieve it and after waiting 15 minutes while Holly finished her call she was not able to retrieve it. Lastly, we received a text invoice from Ihaul about a $14 fuel bill. We went back and asked Holly - we thought the tank was 1/4 full - she said it was closed to 3/8 but it would have been nice to know before we left and not be blind sided. We told her we left her 7 blankets - no thank you'd for the gesture.VICKIE S.

One dolly had a seized bearing and the other a flat tire making them both very difficult to use. Thankfully, I was mostly refunded for the cost of these dollies. However, if it weren't for the availability of moving carts at my storage company my move would have been significantly delayed while trying to acquire well maintained equipment.Bryan N.

Everything was great and easy except for the pick up. On the phone I believe it was stated I would be picking it up a lot closer to home. This caused me to go over on my mileage by 7 miles and have to pay. This does not reflect on the pick up location. The staff was very welcoming. Everything was exceptional on the other hand. Would recommend Uhaul and always use them in the future.James M.
Need more than one customer service rep. I arrived at 9:15 am (open at 9) with 3 hard days ahead of me. There was a sign that said...be back at 10. :-( I say there (even after doing all the online checkin) for 45 mins. She had to go to the bank.Rick P.
You changed my rental location three times. It would be good if you can confirm that the truck will be at the online confirmed location. I should have star my move at 10:00 am but it started at 12:00. Disappointed.Eric F.

Very helpful people not just at this location but also the Radio Shack U-haul on High Market Street in Georgetown, SC. My truck was having a glitch with the check engine light. Michael came out and checked it looked over everything and assured me the truck was safe to travel. No charge.PENNY A.

Drop off was very refreshing after the experience I had in Atlanta. The lady was nice and was very apologetic of my experience. I felt bad as I unleashed my dissatisfaction but she listened and apologized and didn't get upset.Timothy M.
I was over charged for a rental. The truck had an quarter of a tank of gas in it, when I record it. I only went 25 miles in the truck I put the gas back in the truck, where I revived it. I get my bill and they charged me for a full tank. $30.00 in charges. I call and tell them and they say they have to contact the manager over all the U-hauls that was at 9:00 am. They said they would call me back. By 4pm I never received a call back,so I go by the Rental place and the girl working says she never heard back from the manager. That she would text her, â€œbut the manger is really busyâ€. But if it's approved it may take 5-10 business days to receive my money back. The paper clearly say what the gas hand was on when I received the truck. I am very dissatisfied with this U-haul location.Cassandra S.

Did not have dolly I reserved with truck had me waste my time by going to different location to get dolly. Then didn't let other location know that dolly was returned with truck now other location wants to try and charge for two days it was in back of their truck at this location. I did reservation online. When I came to the location , the truck is not available because I was told the previous renter did not returned it yet. I was referred to 2 other locations but they don't have the truck as well. I hope customers can get a call in advance if the truck is not available as it was a waste of time For the customer . Work on balance in the tires those things will shake you to death you can't even look in the side mirrors without getting dizzy from the vehicle bouncing in the mirrors bouncing due to the tires not being balanced.Joseph D.

When we went to drop off our truck in another city - we had to drive to three different locations before we could find one that would accept the truck. One said it was full and had no room. #1 sent us to another location. When we arrived there, we were told they no longer were affiliated with U-Haul. (I was beginning to see why . . . ) At the last location, they people were courteous and efficient. But three tries? Ridiculous!!!FRED S.
Â There is a major error in the mileage.Â I drove the truck from space shop self storage to Greer and then to simpsonville and then back to the space shop self storage.Â The mileage is not more than 40 miles. At 0.99 per mile is $39.60. Please make the correction. I was charged for 231 miles for $228.69.arthur R.
