The windshield wipers did not work as well as they should’ve with snow. Please use deicer windshield washer fluid in the future during the winter time. The spray would simply freeze on the windshield. I had a tiny viewing window in the lower left-hand corner in order to drive.

Erica was amazing, and super helpful after having some issues with the Uhaul website. The Uhaul website does not book based on actual availability, and does not take into consideration when businesses are closed, allowing you to book at a business that will not be able to actually rent to you. Major design flaw with the website, causing a lot of frustration and aggravation for no reason.

Truck was ok! Steering wheel was not centered on steering linkage. Driver side window leaked and lots of air whistles in. Rear cargo door lock did not work.

1. No smoking in vehicles 2.. Mirrors did not adjust. Really scary. All I could see was the box. There is no adjustment. Have to look out of convex mirrors only. I can see why there are so many dents and scrapes on the body

The key was in the wrong lock box. There were moving pads scattered all throughout the truck.

I know this isn't all the fault of this U-Haul dealer, but the employee at this location changed our return area and it completely messed up our entire billing. Instead of being charged about $59, we are now fighting a $168 charge. It seems like it was more of a technical error within U-Haul's system, but the employee made it seem like it wasn't going to be an issue whatsoever.

Very brief just signed a paper and was out the door- one complaint I never signed up for the safe ride and it was billed to my account and from that office she could not fix it

Horrible because the process had to be done online only and not explained well between local and one way. Most likely will look elsewhere when moving again. I've been billed 3 times totaling approx. $660 to have the truck two days $39/per day and under 100 miles @.79/mile. Ridiculous

I picked up rental and people at site were courteous and said since they had site in Butler, that I could just leave it there and save a few dollars in mileage charges.I thought that was very nice to offer that option.

All good this time around. Appreciate all of Space Center and U-Haul's help this summer! I'm now retired from that business, but it was immensely helpful to have good equipment close to home.
