Dropped off after hours, was told they would check in in the morning. Called in the morning to double check but they hadn't checked it in yet. Didn't even know it was there and had to look despite telling me the day before not to worry it would all be done. Made me nervous but it was there and they finally checked it in.

norman wWhen I dropped the truck off in Texas the agent confirmed that the windshield wipers were messed up and the radio didn’t work. I called customer service to report my dissatisfaction with the truck and expect to be compensated for the dangerous situation I was put in due to heavy rains during my trip.

RYAN MThis was my 2nd drop off, and a very good experience. The first drop off was a very bad experience. No one at the facility, even after 11 o-clock. Tried calling 3 times, only to be able to leave a voice mail message. No available space to drop of trailer. Not a good example for your customers!

GARY MMaybe add more gravel in parking lot, esp for rainy days, although this issue didn't affect me this time. Good customer service at this location!
