Hard to understand and time of pick up limited. That is why I chose Macs to deal with. Macs are friendly to work with and have flexible hours. Please ask this customer before changing locations. Not happy

Everything went well. Was a very busy office at noon when I first showed up to make reservation but saved time by going back to office and making my reservation online to pick up later afternoon. After completing "fast check-in" online, getting the dolly trailer went fast. Thanks!!

It was great she let me leave the trailer there it was supposed to be dropped off at another location. Google maps took me to that drop off (don’t trust google maps! )

Dropped the trailer the evening after I rented it. They did not check it in and apparently lost it for a day or so my return reciept was incorrectly dated and confusing Bought my own trailer for the Next time I need to move something

Absolutely disgusted With the behavior of the guy who took delivery!!!! I removed everything from inside of trailer, their was some foot prints from my shoes due to snow on the ground. The guy threw me a rag and said if I didn’t wipe the floor he was charging a cleaning fee, absolutely unnecessary Foot prints were minor at best!!! Also I ran into car trouble on the drive and missed the dead line to drop the motorcycle I was hauling in Denver so I had to change drop off destinations To North Dakota. At no point was I informed that the new destination had a 9 am drop off time. I was there no later than 12:45! He charged me for an extra day. Because I didn’t want to be there any long than necessary With this rude person I told him fine let me go to the truck and get the money. When I returned he had took it upon Himself to charge my card on file. Due to the car problems, I took what money I had in the account and was at a zero balance until payday! I asked him to cancele the charge for this reason and I would pay cash. He refused, and said it wasn’t his problem. Even thou no funds are available some transactions had not gone thru so the charge was excepted Resulting in a overdraft charge. I am extremely disappointed in the treatment from this location and feel that he is doing harm to the U-Haul brand.

I waited for roadside assistance for days, never was contacted, and now I owe over $500 dollars for a charge when I barley used my uhaul.

I would recommend doing conformation calls or in our case text message at a reasonable time. For instance we didn't get a confirmation from uhaul until 830 at night when ALL locations were closed, especially beings our pick up was OVER a hour away and there was a snow storm called for the following day OUR PICK UP DAY!! We had to call 24/7 hotline, we were told we could change our moving date or cancel reservation which neither option work being we NEEDED to LEAVE the day AFTER pickup. The stickers in truck for gas were place unproperly. The truck didn't seem to happy to be running and no one really explained the limits on the dolley we had to figure all that out. I was not pleased with uhaul at all this move. Which is sad Ive moved a few times and have always used uhaul.

No happy I need to go 100 miles (200 miles round trip) to get a rental, when they was 8 U-Haul rental with in 10 miles of my location. Took 1 1/2 hour once at the place to get the rental and get hooked up. Very disappointed.

The only issue I had was I had to take the trailer off myself when I returned it. It is very heavy for a woman to do that. There need to be a way for ladies without throwing your back out!

I made the reservation online and received a confirmation that it went thru and everything was correct. I went to pick up the rental and they had no record of it and the unit I wanted they showed someone else had reserved. Reading the reviews online before I rented I was not surprised when this happened. They suggested not to make the reservations online and to call them direct to make a reservation.

This location was outstanding in the way they foresaw a difficulty we would have in procuring a truck and worked proactively to identify and reserve a rig. We would not have had one without them, and we are very grateful. What seems to have been a clerical error gave us a day less than we asked for on our contract. Our fault as much as theirs--we should have spotted the error when we signed.

Too much bait and switch the deal you sign up for online is that the deal that you get when you walk through the door

U-Haul always asks to rate the experience and I really don't think anything ever changes. You can't guarantee that anything is available despite taking a reservation months in advance. I understand that's your policy but it's not very helpful in planning.

The man taking my I. D at this location used his personal cell phone to take pictures of my I.D.and said he was scanning it into his computer to make sure it was valid. I feel this is a identity theft and if his cell was stolen so would be my information

The hours listed for the location were incorrect. I tried to return my trailer on 2 different days during their “open hours” and they were closed both times. When I attempted to self-return, the drop off location was Florida, even though my contract stated ND so I wasn’t able to use that.

The customer service rep was very slow. I had to wait in line for over 1/2 hour to pick up my vehicle.

Dickinson, ND pick up: Maybe I would recommend. If so, would include an FYI about the place. Reservation was ok. Very helpful lady. Next day: Picking up and contracting person was a grumpy guy who seemed annoyed with the process. Not sure why. He was obviously having a bad day, very crowded and tiny, unclean office area. Not positively impressive to me that’s for sure. His assistant that particular day for the trailer was physically impaired by his medically obese size and moved slowly though was helpful and polite.

This guy had the gall to charge me 260$ for cleaning the Outside of the truck because it was muddy when I got it and I guess he expects me to run it through a car wash? Didn’t even ask if that was how I picked it up, which can easily be confirmed with the location I got it from. Nope, just charged me 260$ instead. Fuck this guy. He should be nowhere near customer service.

Equipment was filthy, I had to insist that they at least wash the vehicle, I'm glad I did. Windshield was broken, couldn't see it, for a brand new vehicle, sliding door was not operational, interior was just as filthy,

Was not allowed to have the taller van and needed it even tho it was available this cause me to have to make more trips across town then was needed. Also office was dirty and the staff looked un kept unpresentable for their job. Had to pay way too much money for the service and use of a van. Also I was told the van was full when I picked it up however it was not. And I was forced to return it full or be charged. Overall I was not happy with my service or rental, I would never do business with this U-haul rental company again.

I was given multiple different rates by different uhaul reps. I was told I could return the trailer to a different location and that I would just be charged the daily rate of $14. Yet when I returned the trailer they not only charged me the rate I paid when I picked it up (well over $300) but then tacked on a ton of fees. And even charged more for the daily rate than what the uhaul rep I called told me. Total rip off. I’m not happy whatsoever and I’ll NEVER use uhaul again.
