Robert FlettI was charged an additional $88 and was not told why , the truck was not clean when picked up which wasn’t a big deal, I went ahead cleaned it before returning so if the $88 where cleaning fees I should’ve been charged that !! Not happy with that $88 fee

BERNARD ARTHUR PAPENFUSI was livid and still bothered with the service of uhaul. I already spoke to customer service about this and didn’t hear a thing. I reserved my truck with ample time and I had to chase you guys down to find out where to pick up my truck. Nobody called me when they said they would. The next day i was put on hold and transferred so many times. The day before the scheduled pick up, the same thing— no one to help, but finally heard from someone late at night. Wound up i had to pick up a truck 90minutes away. Definitely not something I should have been alerted of so last minute when I had to move and that is stressful enough. And I definitely should not have been responsible for the gas money it to took to drive there with my car back and forth AND the gas money for that truck. I should have been reimbursed for that headache. Additionally, I wasn’t told by customer service that i would be charged again for covid cleanup. That should be indicated up front. The two locations were a mess.

GUILLERMO VALLEJOI had reserved a 12’ enclosed trailer only to find out the day before my move that none were available. No explanation or compensation given. My only alternative was to rent a truck costing $700 more than the trailer! This is outrageous. Uhaul shouldn’t reserve equipment they don’t have. I was moving out of state and this happened the day before my move. Inexcusable! Thank goodness Southwest Equipment was so accommodating and did their best to help me.

JESSE JACKSONi called friday to be sure they would be in. we were early, 7:45, but none began attending to us untill 8:30. we were the only clients in the store. the truck ran great. drop off was very easy.

SANTO COSTANZAVery limited inventory, girl at the desk had to call the owner on the cell phone and walk her through the computer to get the order. Waited for several minutes and started hooking up the trailer myself before someone came out to help me.

Chris stockI was given an extra day because of distance I had to go to pick up truck. But I would have rather had more miles. I was really worried about getting lost and going over mileage. I did not need extra day, I turned the truck in early.
