Although swept, the truck was not clean. It needed wiped down. You could tell someone had smoked in it previously by the console in the door. Could be because the overall experience was bad as I was originally supposed to get the truck in Carrollton, Oh but the locks would not work. The overall experience cost me an extra 2 1/2 hours to get a truck and get started. By that time, my help had to leave. I then got charged for extra mileage that would not have been with the original reservation.ronald H.
I was told when I gave the person a $100 cash deposit I would get my money the remainder of it back when I returned the uhual when I returned the uhual I was told I had to wait until uhual emailed me my receipt to get my money back I'm very disappointed and honestly makes me never wanna use uhual again if this is how customers are treatedCassandra C.

Gas tank was 3/4 full when I picked it up. I dropped it off 3/4 full, and was charged over 100 bucks to fill it. I had dropped it off after hours. I assumed that had been taken into account. I shouldn't have to pay for gas I did not burn!Kevin P.

There seems to be a lack of training. The gentleman who took care of us, didn't seem to understand the system very well. He also added insurance when we declined it and set out drop off location to a location we said was too far from home.TROY S.
