There was no one present at the original drop off location, so Uhaul sent me to A second location and no one was there either. Uhaul then charged me for an extra days rental. Customer service says I will get a refund in 3 working days. I lost 6-8 hours of work time because of these issues.
Bobby HI asked for a receipt/copy of contract. told be e-mailed but we were on road with no printer. one of drop offs was compass.

Maxine MMy trailer was supposed to be picked up on last Thursday morning at 10:30am. I went to pick it up and no one was there. I called the number I had and the female employee said she had to leave and would not be back until 1:30pm but would call if she got back early. I was there at 1:30 and she showed up about 2:00pm. I had to make 2 trips that was about 45 minutes one way for me because I live that far away. This cost me over 3-1/2 hours! Not to mention the gas and the time waiting!
