I did self return so no one was present as they were closed. I parked trailer near other trailers and mobile check in was easy took less than 10 mins for entire process.

Oscar CI reserved on line at an authorized location and was bumped here. I guess anyone can call themselves a dealer. The truck was dirty with a flat tire. The owner did pump it up and then said, well, I hear they come quick if you get stuck. No thank you. I’ll go right to a real location next time
Patrick CNothing against the location but, when I attempted to return the unit online, it wanted me to go to a different address than what the contract stated. According to customer service, the drop off location had been changed. Yet, I was never notified. That was a little frustrating to have to deal with at the end of the trip.
STEPHEN GIt would have been helpful to have received an email outlining the drop-off instructions in advance. Dropped the truck and returned home to log-in to my account the close out the rental, only to realize I should have done this on-site.

JENNIFER AThe experience, location, and individual renting the truck were great. However, the 89 cents/mile was extremely excessive. My daughter rented a similar vehicle from Uhaul in Santa Cruz, CA for a similar short move and paid much less per mile. Doesn't seem to be any consistency in the amount per mile. Next time I need a vehicle, I will call first. Could've gone down the street to Home Depot and rented one of their trucks for much less. My fault though for not checking first.
