make sure you check the vehicle before you give it to customers so it could be safe on the road

silas dI made a reservation for one price everything when smooth during the process of pickup but as I returned my truck just last night I noticed it was an overcharge on my account by almost an extra $130 I guess the guy that helped me out change my reservation to possibly get more money so actually going through customer service right now to be refunded lol I don't know what happened but I wouldn't recommend this location if they're not honoring original rate quote

brian sThis was a horrible experience. It took us 40 minutes to get our key for the uhaul. There was no heads up or instruction about the process, the app barely worked, it's a terrible excuse for an application. The Whitman MA location was especially horrible, it was a little shack on the side of the road with 3 u hauls, it felt like not a real uhaul location. I would never recommend this company or location to anyone because doing so would probably end a friendship.

gately lThe local pick up and drop off locations were excellent. The charges were incorrect for the initial order which was made online and am disputing the charges. I only used the truck for 2 1/2 hours and was charged over $200. I paid for extra mileage and fuel which I expected but not $168.00 for a one way trip!
Karen BThis is less about the specific location as they were closed when we picked up and when we dropped off. I am disappointed and unhappy with the Mobile service check in process. The phone call to not someone at the reservation is ridiculous and due to that we could not get our vehicle on time and lost nearly an hour of moving time. The truck was in decent condition, though it was not full for fuel but that's not the thing that has made me question as to if I would even return to U-Haul again. When we finally got the truck to the house and pulled out the ramp we were surprised and wildly unhappy to find that the hooks that secure the ramp to the truck bed did not exist! It was as if someone had just removed them at some point. Due to this we were unable to have the smooth transition onto the truck and suffered several near significant mishaps and injuries. So not only were we behind schedule, we also had to contend with the uneven ramp entrance to the truck with several very bulky and heavy pieces of furniture. This was a very unpleasant experience for us and having used U-Haul for all of my moving needs in the past I am seriously considering not returning as a customer and seeking another service.
Steven GMoving day went off so smoothly. Preregistration worked like a charm. Return was flawless. Don't change a thing. Moving day is a hassle and Uhaul system has made it a little easier
Shawn DOther than being a bit hard to find, this location was great. Uhaul Equipment isn't immediately visible from the street so it's easy to miss. Staff was very helpful once I got there.
James BIt was frustrating to pick up the rental truck and find out it did not have a/c blowing as it normally should. The a/c was only working for the defrost vents and the other settings did not work. The location we went to offered to call around and see if we could swap out the truck, but we had to leave to get to our destination and couldn't wait around to get this done. He suggested we call customer service to see what they could do and when we did they couldn't offer us a refund because our reservation was still open. It was just upsetting to have to get the run around and have no a/c circulating on a hot summer day.
Harold MThis guy shouldn't be a U-Haul dealer. Wasn't honest when I asked why the price was $100 than I was quoted. He said it was a damage deposit and I'd get it back at the drop off location. Never asked if I wanted the insrance, just put it in there without my okay
craig sFrustrating initially bc my selfie, photo front and back of my license apparently weren't enough to get verified so I had to sit and wait 20 mins but other than that easy
