The facility was well kept and it was the 24/7 truck share that I did. It was a little time consuming and it is contactless. I had to call the help line to get assistance, they were very polite and extremely helpful. The app was frustrating to use and could be a little more user friendly.

I had a medical emergency, I was injured while moving furniture and they made me extension very simple. They were great with no outlandish fees!!!
Donna HThe pick up location has to be changed for the side truck I needed. Not around that area so not applicable for me to recommend.
Steve MI'm not sure why my location was changed to this location last minute, but I was not pleased. The U-Haul wasn't very clean and felt kind of janky in comparison to the U-Haul I've rented before.
Germaine WMy reservation was at 900 Roswell Rd. Marietta Ga and when I got there and found out that my reservation had been changed to a location over 10 miles away and just messed up my day. I had to go out of my area in a total different location and if I didn't have my daughter with me I would have just been lost. I didn't get back home here in Marietta until 10:49pm, I'm not a night person and because I was so inconvenience that I should receive a portion of my pay back. The windshield and passenger window was very dirty. I have rented locally never long distance and being the senior I am I have always gone to a full service store not to a unmanned location.
Victoria Pmake sure everything that was on the contract was in the truck. Was supposed to have an appliance dolly and there wasn't one.
Danielle EIt took about an hour to get the code to get the key. This is after being on the phone for an hour trying to get a hold of someone. The representative on the phone was not helpful and she was very dismissive. My reservation was at 12:15pm. I did not drive off the lot until about 1pm.
Jonathan LI was charged $14 for a safe move which I declined I always decline the insurance when I went through you guys but I was charged anyway so I want a pan $118 for something that I wasn't supposed to charge for
Byron JThe truck was blocked in when I arrived and no one was on property which delayed my departure by 30 mins. I paid for moving help so this delay and lack of preparation cost me money.
Eric SDrop-off was painless and easy.
Gregory JThe passcode for the lockbox was incorrect, I had to wait for over an hour to have the situation rectified. I'm still not happy about it. I will say this, on a positive note, the truck was in excellent condition.
