The truck I rented was not at the location. I didn't want to drive to another U Haul so I took a smaller van which caused problems, as it was much more difficult in getting my furniture in one trip. Also the van I did receive had very little gas in it. The owner of the store was very accommodating but had computer problems for which I had to wait almost an hour to complete the possess.

The overall process of booking is awful! I rented a truck and they confirmed a 15 ft truck for 7am at a location that did not even open at 7am! I had to go to another location which turned out to only have a smaller truck.

The check in by phone service does not work. It is ridiculous that I cannot do everything in person if I am at the location in person. I was on a tight schedule and waiting for your terrible cell phone system made me late .

Give a better introduction about the process of checking out the vehicle especially the on-line review of existing vehicle damage and explanation of insurance coverage. The two boys, 20-something year-olds there are clueless.

A very easy and efficient location to deal with overall. I loved the manager’s attitude and the way he assured me they would calculate the lowest price. The vehicle was immaculate and in perfect condition. Given a choice of some place closer and driving an extra 20 miles, I will always choose South Bay Auto Repair.

Great location, friendly and personable owner, however, I was charged for 2 dolly rentals when I rented only one, as stated on the original contract. But this doesn't seem to have anything to do with this particular location, this appears to be an issue with U-Haul and the rental of a particular size truck. The owner is helping to try and get me my refund, though U-Haul itself seems to be dragging their feet.
