Despite talking to the manager multiple times my boxes were not ready when I came to get them and the manager, whom I previously spoke with, claimed to have no idea I was coming.

I was shocked that it cost over $300 to move locally. We had to keep it an extra day and was told we drove over 100 miles I didn't write the miles down so I'm not sure. We couldn't rent the bigger truck because it wouldn't fit into the drive way had to make 3 trips but with in a 10 mile radius glad it's over and done

The folks at Sours Automotive acted like it was a burden to give us access to our UBox once it arrived late. Additionally, we just had to cancel a credit card due to fraudulent charges three months in a row from UHaul for "car rental" and "other travel" five months after we completed our business with UHaul. Completely unimpressed.

U-haul changed the drop-off location at THEIR discretion, despite a longer trip, more miles, more gas for the renter. They changed the drop-off location TWICE, while driving to my destination with the truck. Not a very User-conscious practice. Seems like they use the renters as their truck delivery service, at the renters extra expense and time.

I was waiting outside for good 10 mins for the truck key for my an online mobile pick-up.

The only issue I had with the truck was the back wheel on the passenger side was very wobbly. So I took it to the tire shop and had them look at it. The mechanic said I was going to have the ride of my life if I hadn’t stopped to get it checked. The lug nuts were loose and could be turned by hand. He said it was probably a bit crooked when the lug nuts were tightened and when it was on the road it caused it to be wobbly and work itself loose. But it was all good and the truck ran fine. Overall I was very pleased with Sours Automotive and I will use them again in the future. They were very helpful and pleasant to work with.

I was very irritated with the scheduling process. You switched me from a place which Is open until 6:00pm (that I chose) to a place that was only opened until 5:00. I had to cut a meeting short and leave work early.

This was not my requested pick up location. It wasn't even in the same city - it was 30 miles away. I find this out the day before I was supposed to pick up the truck. I had no means to get to the UHaul store since I was picking it up four hours from my home town to move my daughter back from college. I had to pay a kid $50 plus gas money to take me to the Uhaul. There are three UHaul locations in the town where I was. Not being able to get me a truck in the town I requested is unacceptable to begin with. Given that I made the reservation six weeks before I needed the truck and still got this type of service is incredibly poor service. I've worked in the service industry for 30 years and cannot imagine treating my customers this way. I will look for a different alternative the next time I need to rent a truck.

Secure the dropbox for the key. Give some reassurance that the vehicle was returned and the account was closed accordingly. While I had 48 hours to return the vehicle, i returned it in the same day and did not get confirmation of the return for another two days afterwards. A little unsettling considering that my credit card is on file, the dropbox is a simple mailbox and the vehicles are parked 20 feet from the dropbox.

Not a thing. I was very pleased with the service. The van was clean and had a full tank of gas which is the best way to rent a van. The individual who helped me was courteous and helpful. I will rent from this location again if I ever need a U-Haul.

Make sure to people know that they gave to go online to return a truck while at the location if they are returning equipment after hours. We did not know that and we're well home before we got the email telling us we had to do that!
