No walk through done. Gas was way less than what was noted on the paperwork. When we returned the truck we filled the truck with more fuel than was in there but due to the fact that this company lied we lost 30.00 plus dollars in our deposit. Completely unfair to us.

make aure the vehicles heat works. this unit did not and it was a cold rainy day and only cold air would blow out when even off

The attendant, Gary, was very helpful and also very polite and even though they were technically closed, he allowed us to drop off the trailer on Saturday. Excellent service all round.

The truck we rented had a broken headlight and we had to repair it for our trip. This cost us money and re did not receive a refund for it. Also the gas was at less than 1/4 tank at pick up which required us to fill it prior to our move then leaving us with a loss of fuel because we over filled the tank.

The vehicle was not too dirty but the prior people didnt sweep the back out. Nails and screws were on floor. The inside console and floorboard were a bit dirty and muddy but not outrageously bad.

The windshield wipers didn't work very well. I feel like that should be part of being well maintained. It was very loud inside the cab at about 45 mph and up. It was like I was inside a wind tunnel. I tried making sure the door was fully closed more than once. It was loud enough it was difficult to listen to the radio.

Uhaul is horrible. You guys took money from my account when you had no right too. Rios said because of the situation that happened in caribou that there would be NO Extra charges .I am very pissed.

Agent went above and beyond to produce a truck that was promised to me by U-Haul, but unavailable on rent day. Agent drove 120 miles round trip to pick up a truck for me to rent. U-Haul failed to provide agent with a truck. U-Haul should be ashamed of yourself. The Agent, Dan Soucy went above and beyond to provide the truck for me. U-Haul did nothing to help me, accept keep me on hold for 45 minutes.

I rented a uhaul online weeks in advance and I got a call a few days before telling me about had to drive an hour to pick one up and pay more for it and plus the extra miles!!!! Then was charged more when I went pick the truck up. Would look elsewhere next time.

I have rented plenty of uhaul trailers in Bangor and houlton. Dan Soucy and his guys are excellent, professional, and prompt. As a business owner myself , I would feel very privileged if I had a company like soucy auto representing me.

The people were nice at the location, however, I didn't get the size of truck I wanted, it had only a quarter tank of gas in it and the bed was dirty. I would suggest getting the truck early enough to clean it and fill it.

Move it out of the getto and put it where people wouldn't be afraid to go there you would get more business for one two the guy checking me in didn't really no how to use the computer he had me do it while he was taking care of other customers and he made me hook up the trail myself never even came out to even check to see everything was ok then checking it back in there system was down he just made me a copy of the paper work while he sat there with a big cigar in his mouth talking to me and while other customers were smoking inside the store and to top it off he charged my debit card twice real professional you guys if these Kind of people represent uhaul that's pretty sad you didn't tell people they needed to bring a bullet proof vest or a body guard with them .oh when I called the first time my phone died in the middle of our conversation so I called back and the guy says to me you hung up on my face yes hung up on my face what are you guys uhaul doing dealing with places like this it is not friendly there it's getto there my wife and kids had to make sure a the doors we're locked that's pretty bad I thought uhaul had a decent reputation till I went there and no I would never and I mean never send anyone to that location

Eliminate this location. The people there were rude, slow and poorly represented U-haul. No one showed me where my trailer was. My wife and I had to hook up the trailer and check the lights ourselves. When I returned the trailer no one even came out to check the trailer. I had to unhook it myself. I rented 3 different U-haul trailers within a 1 week period. The other locations I used were great. I will never go this location again. I would drive much further to another location instead of going to this location.

the store and clerks were helpful, however the whole experience was a nightmare. I was held over an hour trying to work out the rental. I was disappointed and frustrated with the whole experience. Based on this experience I will not reccommend your company to a friend.

was accused of being a day late dropping it off when we brought it back... had to to show them our contract. Was emailed an additional charge of around $27 from drop-off location... no idea why
