I requested a furniture dolly and it was not in the truck. The location had no attendants so I was stuck without it. I submitted the fact that it was missing when I did truck checkout with the app, but I still got charged for it. Not having it made the move so difficult that I nearly just hired a moving service. I will never go to that location again, and I genuinely think I deserve a full refund. Terrible.
