New UHaul software did not populate all fields when I registered via my iPhone day before rental so store worker had to repeat several inputs (secondary contact person and their phone number, my credit card info, and driver's license expiration date). Trailer performed well and motorcycle was safely transported to repair garage.Kent H.

This is a nice location for me to drop off at or use when I am in this area. The facility is clean with a nice parking lot to drop off at. The staff at this location is OK but could be a bit more friendly. The person was short with responses. I have noticed this before.LARS L.

The truck was in terrible shape mechanically. I am not one who easily gets queasy driving, but when I picked up the truck it shook so violently that I had to pull over and stop because of motion sickness (which I've NEVER had). I would have returned the truck if I didn't need it so badly. I informed the rental facility of this and they said they would try to get the truck taken out of service. What happened after that I have no clue.Christopher V.

They gave us a trailer, with a bald tire, soo we took it to the uhaul dealer in Brooklyn Park, we talked to the manager, Alex, they said they're was nothing they could do, they didn't have the tires. Call roadside, if something happened. We drove over 1100 miles on that tire that leaked. Very worried all the way home,glen K.
The Cab was Filthy, There were dirty blankets left from prievious renter and the bed of the truck not swept out. The business dosen't seem to want to have any thing to do with the renting business. The agent was not helpful. Would not provide me a copy of my receipt, which it turns out I was over charged. The trailer had a padlock on it, so I had to get a bolt cutter to remove. I called the next day and once again the agent was rude and told me this was all my problemSara C.

The location and the local agent were amazing, however UHaul is a nightmare. Your cooperate people kept moving my reservation and nothing was really offered to help out. We ended up losing 3 hours on moving day having to drive from MN to WI to ensure we had a truck. UHaul doesn't care about their client's time.Ryan M.

This pickup location was not one I selected. I had selected one much closer to where I was starting from. I was told via phone the day before that this would be the pickup location. This location was easily 10 miles opposite direction from where I would be loading the truck, which means a 20 miles round trip just to get the truck. The person on-site said it was probably that the other location did not have the truck that I rented. I don't feel that the fact that the pickup location might be changed after I submitted the rental request was adequately communicated. When I made the rental, I indicated I wanted to rent an appliance dolly and 48 moving pads. Neither were in the truck when I got it. I inquired in the office and was told that this location had NO appliance dolly, and that 48 moving pads were excessive. So, I did agree to only 24 which I received. I was also told that there is no way for U-Haul to keep track of their inventory at a location. This does not make sense. You obviously knew where a truck was, you should be able to know where an appliance dolly is as well! Slap a barcode on the device and scan it to track it. Lots of companies do this now days! I was told to call U-Haul and tell them about the change in # of moving pads and no dolly and the charges would be adjusted. I did this, I was told a note had been made on my rental. Yet, I was still changed based on the original rental request.Marlys N.

My issues were not surrounding the owners who helped me out, but their son who I dealt with when I returned the truck. He was rude, impersonal and grouchy. When I dropped the truck off he swore and seemed upset that he had to help me. I had some questions about the total verses what was initially quoted to me and he was really mean when he explained it to me. I realize he was also working on the other portion of the business and may have been busy, but he was awfully short with me. I'm honestly surprised he was so mean given how kind and helpful his parents were!Paige A.

There was a younger man (late 20's early 30's who helped us. He was very angry and appeared to be "on something". He was rude. An older gentleman came to counter. He was leaving for lunch? The younger man asked if he would show my husband the trailer & help him get it hooked up etc. They went outside. The younger man continued with his disgust and anger. Of what? I don't really know other than his time was being wasted? He was angry at how long it took the U-haul info to print. He was screaming, swearing and slammed the counter extremely hard. So hard that I jumped back thinking he was going to lose it. The paperwork finally printed. He rudely told me where to sign, made some other rude remarks and tossed the papers at me. I got out of there as soon as I could. Very sad situation.sheila S.
