I expected this truck to have either a lift gate or a ramp it had neither which made moving heavy furniture very difficult for me! I have never befor got one with out the fule use was extrem two trips to adalento cost close to 100 dollars I have rented befor many times with better results

Have English speaking person trying to get price quote and information was impossible. Couldn't open my texts and feel I was overcharged. I didn't know I would be charged $5.55 per gallon of gas and $30.00 for refueling cost. I was down the street from gas station and could have refueled tank but 3 persons didn't understand what I was trying to say. Never again and only had vehicle a few hours. I will not be a return customer

There were communication issues due to my not being bilingual. If you were Spanish speaking, this spot would rate higher. The staff kept the trucks clean & supplies clean & were pleasant. The store was clean. The parking is a bit tricky .

Just keep on doing what u are doing. It helped that it was nearby and friendly service. Did not appear to use that much gas as I thought it would.

Frankly this should not be a Uhaul location. There is no room for a regular car, let alone a big Uhaul truck. It took me twenty minutes and three people helping me turn to get the truck into a tiny parking space between two other trucks that parked on or over the lines because there was no other way to get into the spot. I had to squeeze to get out from between my truck and the one next to me. I struggled to open the door far enough to take pictures for the drop off. The parking lot is already too small for normal customers to the market. I could not back up enough to straighten out properly, so I had to make a 20 point turn. Ignoring how difficult it was to park in the lot, the key box was easy to find and I never had to talk to anyone, so bonus.

Blankets not folded, back not swept, slightly less than a full tank when I picked it up, sand in cab.

Scheduled pick up fontana but they didn't have trailer so had to drive to Colton to pick up another one and return it back to the same location. And all they said was if I still wanted the trailer I had to drive to Colton to pick it up

The truck I rented the transmission kept slipping. I would put it reverse it would take a bit to catch and it would pop.

First I tried mobile pick up at 9am and the girl told me that her system didn't open until 10am. I returned back to the store at 10am and she told me something happened with the system and somehow my name got taken out of her system and then she said that she had no trucks available w eb though I has made a reservation. So she gives me a number to call and its took way too long so I starfed to go look for another truck at another location. I went to the one On Tippecanoe and Baseline, and they didn't have any trucks available but the guy that helped me out was obviously more helpful then the girl at the Sombrero Market. He found me a truck that wouldn't be ready till 12:30 so went ahead and had him reserve it for me. As I was waiting, the girl from Sombrero Market calls me and has the audacity to tell tell me that I was late for my reservation with an attitude. By that time I was already irritated because of the whole predicament and I didn't not appreciate the attitude. She had told me " she's had a truck availabe, did I want it or not?" This girl was very unprofessional. As I was inspecting the truck, it also smelled like Weed in there. I told her about it and she just rolled her eyes. Im very upset for the first time ever me renting a Uhaul and it turned into a mess. I would like somehow to get discounted or refunded or something after all I was put through. I definitely will not be renting from that location again!

The uhaul employee was very rude and not friendly at all. I think her name was Destiny. I would personally never want someone working for my company that acts like her. I was having trouble with the text you initially send to our phone to sign up. I asked that she send it to my phone since my mother in law didn't have her phone on hand. Her response was"well I TOLD you I was sending a text and you have to respond" I was surprised and disgusted at the way she spoke to me.

This location is a grocery market/restaurant/jewelry shop/check cashing/U-HAUL all in one room. The cashier stopped charging people, went to inspect my vehicle return, and came back to continue charging grocery shoppers. I don't mind all the flies in the location, but there attention was divided between all customers, and nobody received the attention a paying customer deserves.
